Quick stay while passing through. Comfortable beds, cleanish rooms, decent bar food and breakfast. No trash can liners or wash rags in room, and there was a few spots on doors and night stands that looked like smeared food or a booger! Probably just missed by the cleaning staff. Also, no coffee until after the breakfast area opened, which was 20 minutes late.

Things that could have been better: more laundry staff to have pool hours and more hours for you kitchen and bar service to be open.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

During our 3 days stay nobody came to clean in spite of our request, no garbage has been removed, nothing. The AC was very noisy and it waked us up all night long. The hotel was almost empty!

the room was not perfect. there were someone else's socks and trash by the couch. the room was small but efficient. the bathroom was nice too. the hotel pool was big and towels and chairs were available. breakfast was very good. typical American hot breakfast but had nice variety. there's also a bar where you can order food. hotel is pet friendly which is a huge plus for me

every other day. After night 4 I had to call and request it. Then I asked for clean towels and the housekeeper said “no” then our last morning there we had late check out at 2pm. The housekeeper walked in our room- no knocking or warning Good thing we were all dressed. Only complaints!

Overall, I really liked this hotel. That said, if your room is located on the wrong side, endless sirens will bother you throughout the night since it is in a MEDICAL area or campus. The room was comfortable and clean, the pool was a decent size and located on a terrace, the gym was adequate, and the staff was friendly. Food at their “restaurant“ was average and even with no one there, excruciatingly slow. The elevators, however, were a massive drag! One had to wait a very long time, and then figure out why there are no buttons inside the elevator car. Never seen that before, and it took some getting used to. The hotel’s location by a freeway was very convenient. All things considered, I would not hesitate to stay there again, and the price was quite reasonable.
