While both Hector and Mark were eventually moved to slightly better rooms, the experience was so poor that Hector chose to check out early and stay at another hotel for his last night. I understand that the hotel has previously declined a reimbursement request through Hotels.com. The rooms were rented out below acceptable working standards - BEWARE staying here!

Front desk was very good. The room did not have soap in the shower for 2 days. Used our own. Location is good but all in all, hotel needs some work.

Make sure you double check the beds as the sheets had stains on one bed and the other bed had hair on the sheets. Contacted the front desk and they were quick to switch our room.

Hotel was fine, nothing terrible, nothing special. The AC was out in our room. In July. In Atlanta. Staff was unconcerned. Won't stay there again

My reservation was for three adults. There were NO sheets blankets or anything for the pull out couch in the room!! Also fix the issue with the toilet paper holder. Who can reach it from the toilet ? NOBODY!! Its way too far to reach by even a long arm tall person!!

The only downfall to this hotel is you have to pay to park on the hotel premises. The room was fantastic and the breakfast was marvelous.
