Very clean and very convenient for my needs. The staff were available and professional. I would stay again.

Clean Nice size

The staff was friendly and helpful, however the hotel itself needs a lot of work. I was definitely expecting better quality for a Sheraton. The pool was closed for renovations… in June. One of the hottest months and there is no pool. Very disappointed. Also, our room had a small tv and the door was always hard to open. The room also had a weird smell that was off putting. The breakfast is not worth paying for. I only liked the breakfast potatoes. Other guests on our floor were really loud when we checked in and throughout the night. They were yelling down the hall and playing loud music at 2am. I wouldn’t come back. I had reservations again for the next weekend but cancelled and stayed at the Embassy Suites down the street and had a much better experience.

Just the location ! Everything else was not a good look for the hotel . Had ants , pool wasn’t ready to use , the front desk customer service was really bad . Was told I can check in early and then told it would 35$ to do an early check in but then changed his mind . Came back to check back in and told me it was going to be 10 for mins and it took like 30 mins . Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone . Bad service and dirty rooms .

Room was big. However, no fridge with a microwave in the room. Strange. Pool was being renovated. If it was stated online for booking, we would have booked lodging else where.

Ease of check in and check out Exterior lighting- most were out. Dud nit make feel safe coming in the late and early hours of the day. Parking lot needs attention.

Loved that the inside of the establishment is very aesthetically pleasing!! Rooms on 1st floor sit up high from the ground, I loved that! The parking availability was horrid!! The pool was closed for renovations therefore, I feel we should’ve been discounted, but of course we were not.

The pool should be noted as out of order and drained on booking site. It's more bait and switch because we booked for the pool in large part.

I was there for 5 nights with young children. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Did not eat breakfast. Air conditioning worked great. The pool was not in service and there was nothing mentioned about the pool being out in the listing. Honestly, if I had known the pool was out of service I would NOT have booked the hotel. This was very disappointing. It’s located in a great area near restaurants and shopping. Overall our stay was pleasant, just very bummed about the pool being out and not being mentioned in the listing.

The room was very clean, check-in was very quick. I was placed on the first floor which was very noisy so I couldn’t sleep like I wanted to. People were roaming the halls late at night and apparently my neighbors were up early morning and scared me to death! I thought someone was entering my room but it was just the guest next door. Needless to say, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything!
