I like the beds I don’t like the broken elevator and that fact that they have no breakfast and also I was thinking I was going to be in the city of Atlanta where all of the buildings are

The location and facilities were nice. I had selected to pay for the room when I arrive. However, unbeknown to me, the front desk ran my credit card and it declined. So they canceled my reservation at approximately 4:30 pm! I had to rebook, received a smaller room, and pay an extra $30!

It was within 10 mins of the conference and driving distance to a mall. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful. Aircon worked well. Parking was adequate. It was too far to walk to a mall. There was no shower gel provided and I asked and eventually got it the following day. I told them the toilet didn’t flush good from day one and on my last morning it finally stopped working. Sigh. They could do better. The piped in music is loud in the evenings. I asked for it to be turned down. The room next door had a loud guest who worked online till around 1-2am. It was rough.

The water did not get hot. The elevator stopped working while we were there. Our sheets had stains. No microwave which is crazy and limited tv stations .

Staff was incredible!

Great hotel I always stay at this hotel when I visit Atlanta.
