Room was spacious and gave us and our teenagers privacy with the layout. Nice to have a full kitchen for food and cooking

When I arrived at check in time my room wasn't ready. My room wasn't ready until 6pm that night. I do not think they mop the floors in the rooms. The floor was so gross and slippery. My kids feet where black when walking. I made him put on socks. His socks were so dirty I threw them away. They do not give you a mop or broom. I purchased one myself. There was so much dirt stuck inside the floor that no matter how many times I mopped our feet and socks were still black. Its a good thing they do not have carpet in the units. They use,Direct TV for cable service. They only have about 7 channels and the internet is horrible. The apps barely worked inside my room. My remote also didn't work do to low battery. The lamp shades were filthy, the walks were filthy and even the baseboards. The outside of the closest door where the AC is located was also dirty which means they do not service the AC as often as they should. This place has good reviews because of the apartment style units they offer. They do have upgraded sinks and kitchen appliances. They just desperately need to do a deep clean.

The place was nice didn’t have any issues or problems my kids enjoyed the pool loved that it had a oven just wish y’all serve breakfast

My second time staying. I love the in-room laundry with kitchen and the apartment style setup. This time around there were several worm like creatures with many legs all over the room and we didn’t get complimentary laundry detergent like the first time. Also the neighbor above us was pretty noisy and heavy footed at all hours of the night, but other than that it was a good stay.

The grounds of the property were very clean, the lobby was nice and clean. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. They have a pickleball court, gym and pool which were all clean and well maintained. The room was clean but did smell of vinegar but it didn't bother me as I prefer a vinegar smell over a strong chemical/bleach smell. The shower is nice but the bathroom is very small and the way the door opens will hit your knees if you are using the toilet. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I didn't need to bring much of anything in terms of household supplies. Soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, tupperware, cooking utensils and dishwasher pods were all provided. The area was quiet throughout the day and night. I had zero issues and will happily stay here again.

The electricity went out in my room the very next morning after check in. This was insane to have checked in and the two rooms were both dirty . The Supervisor over house Keeping was very rude and unprofessional about all the issues that I had with the rooms being DIRTY, smell of smoke Drugs in the room . She told me someone will come and check the electricity problems before the end of the day. Meanwhile no one in the office including the Led Supervisor was taking any matters service with any of there guest that was in the office to being things to there attention early in that morning. However, I was left in the room the whole day without light or housekeeping coming to clean the room that was never done before I had arrived. This location is under poor Management and the property is not being kept up. Also I was charged for rooms I didn't stay in . Due to me being this to the office attention and trying to get them resolved. The PROPERTY Canceled my rooms without my request and I am still waiting on a refund that was promised.
