We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. It is a great location! The only issues we had were a broken wheel on a luggage cart and the lack of a trash can in the bathroom.

It was disappointing to arrive after the 3pm check-in time to still not have a room available until closer to 4pm. The property overall though is one that has become a regular spot for us when we come back to the Atlanta area because the hotel is nice and in a great location

I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. Property is a little tired. Room was clean enough, although I did see a lot of dust/debris in corners, particularly under the desk. Room furniture is dated and worn out. The air conditioner was loud and emitted a musty smell. I booked an accessible room to recover from surgery and the handheld shower pressure was almost nonexistent. The sink faucet must’ve been replaced, but it did not extend far enough out into the sink, so you had to put your hands against the backside of the porcelain in order to reach the running water. I stayed for four nights and breakfast was not consistent. On some days it took a while for items to be replenished. Potatoes were usually cold, and the sausage was overcooked and tough. On one day there was bacon, and there wasn’t a single full piece of bacon to be had, only a bunch of crumbles sitting in grease. Sometimes the eggs, while fully cooked would sit in a puddle of water. Person running breakfast area lacked common sense and swept in the food area while it was extremely busy when there were tables that needed to be cleaned off in the other room to accommodate those people. Coffee was also inconsistent. Sometimes hot, often watered down. You say it’s not part of the room fee, but let’s be honest… “someone” paid for it!

Not a bad hotel need a little updating. But it was clean.

I liked the location Customer service is too bad , in general stuff speak with an attitude & they didn’t help customer , they just worry about there rules .

We checked in in the evening. The property was very rundown, dirty carpets and the staff were very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. When we arrived the front desk staff was busy making coffee for 10 to 15 minutes while we’re standing at the Front Desk. We were not the only ones waiting all this time either.

Room and bathroom were cleaned really well

The guide on the tv remote did not work so I didn't know what was showing on the tv unless I put the tv on 2 and watch the guide scroll up so I could see what was tv. The heat/air unit fan blowed the whole time and it was turned off did not get any sleep for real because of it. Was not told when I checked in that you had to request housekeeping before 12 noon. So there was dirty towels and face rags and running over trash because I had 2 4 year olds. But any hoo it was a nice stay.

Everything was nice as I expect from Hampton Inn. The only thing is when you do not need your room done everyday, but need only to get clean towels, none of the cleaning people speak nor understand English. Very difficult to communicate with.

This hotel met the usual Hampton Inn standards. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The only issue we noticed was the carpet in our room. It looked like something had been spilled on it previously, and when we walked on it wearing white socks, they became dirty. It wasn’t a major problem, but it made the carpet feel like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Elevator quit working. Housekeeping didn't come in 3 days and we had to replenish our own towels and toilet paper. Breakfast ran out of everything...every single morning.
