Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe and was well maintained.

Location was perfect. Only microwave was only in lobby. Bathroom wasn't cleaned, and sink had clogged up hair.

My problem was that my room was not cleaned after the first night. I called the desk and was told they clean the rooms every other day. I have never of this in all my travels. However, I did get fresh towels after requesting them. After considering the cost of the room, and political issues with immigrantion, I understand the issues hotels may be facing.

Negatives: the room I chose stated separate sleeping areas but the couch was literally at the end of the bed, room is small, balcony is tiny, no microwave in the room, nighttime staff working the desk are rude, bed hard, heavy traffic getting to the hotel. We will not stay here again. Overall I would rate this stay a 5/10.

The Lobby was great, but the rooms are very dated and smelled stale. The hostess, receptionist and servers were very pleasant. Due to all the rooms being booked we were in a handicap room. My suggestion would be to put Amira in the handicap room because even if you’re in a wheelchair, you still wanna see how you look.

This property unfortunately did not offer a complimentary buffet which was very disappointing especially for the kiddos

Nothing The sink was clogged, the position of the bed was on the opposite side of the tv, and most of all I had bad experienced regarding with my reservation. I booked the room for the event, but when we got in the hotel and tried to check- in, the person at the front desk informed me that I don't have any reservations, and told me to go to another property, even I showed to her the address is exactly right, but when I arrived to said property and tried to check in, the two gentlemen informed me my name wasn't in the reservation list, I'm glad the 2 gentlemen helped me, they called the hotel where I did my reservation, they advised to check carefully my name, because sometimes the Booking.com wrote the name in different ways, and when the lady checked it again, she found my name, but I had no time to go back again there, and ended up me went straight to the event place and changed my clothes inside of my car. My point is, that she should check or run the computer carefully.
