I love how the front desk was very helpful

We stayed for 7 nights and it was so nice to have a consistent, clean place to come "home" to each time. My husband and I were traveling with 2 young adult sons with special needs. The breakfast staff were especially welcoming to our boys--and our boys very much enjoyed the scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. I, on the other hand, enjoyed the hot cereal with the added coconut, dried berries, walnuts, almonds, etc. When we first arrived, our kitchen had only 3 plates (etc) rather than 4 but staff sufficiently remedied this situation when we asked. Also during our stay, our toilet's flusher broke--and was fixed within the day. The glass shower door was off its track when we arrived but my husband got it sliding quite easily. Room service was set for every other day but towels could be brought more often if needed. As far as the set up of the room, the couch also made out into a bed so our sons could sleep separately. We moved furniture around in the room so we each had a place to put our stuff. There was a fridge, small freezer, ice machine, double burners, dishwasher, desk/table with office-type chair. Probably the biggest inconvenience was where to sit when we ate in the room. Overall, a good experience. I would stay there again.

Good variety for breakfast! Loved the location— only a short drive to Truist Park. Friendly staff and spacious clean room!! The shower doors did not slide well and there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

Very clean, smells great walking in. Staff were always very kind and willing to help with any questions. Pool was always open and clean and we always seemed to get lucky and have it to ourselves. Location is nice close enough to everything without being in downtown chaos. Had a 1 year old with us and he loved being in the room, it had plenty of space for him to run around. Overall great experience would definitely book and stay here again. Only thing was the plugs next to the bed didn’t work, that was only a slight inconvenience having to have your phone on the other side of the room but nothing that was so bad to where we wanted to leave early.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean room, pet friendly, indoor pool, and decent breakfast. Parking is $10 dollars a day and not a lot of grass area for dogs.
