Great stay.

Breakfast was fine. Room was not clean on arrival. Sofa bed needed changed. Cups in cabinets were not cleaned. Hair in the tub and sink drains. Very disappointing for a Hilton property.

Great staff, great location, overall good stay.

The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. It was pretty dark in the shower. The mattress was AWFUL! We actually bought a mattress topper because we had to sleep on it for a week. We did not get a full night sleep the entire day because the mattress was so hard, we could feel the springs!!

We enjoyed our stay and this was a great hotel when traveling with a child. The breakfast was really good and the staff was excellent!! Had a minor issue with our shower door and engineering fixed it immediately. Great location to be close enough to stores but also quiet.

People were very friendly. One of the elevators didn't work so long wait times for the one working elevator. They didn't have the room we reserved available for us on checkin, so we were stuck with a smaller room for 2 nights

The elevators seem to be in a constant state of disrepair, but overall our stay was awesome!!

We have stayed here multiple times throughout the years and for an older hotel, it’s well maintained structurally. The issue we ran into to this time was more an issue of daily cleanliness. Our bathroom was “surface clean” on arrival but on the second day of our stay we noticed mold in the top corner of the wall. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I went down to tell them so I called down twice to try to talk to the front desk about this and was left on hold. We have always had good experiences in the past so this was just a let down but we are hopeful it’s a temporary staffing issue.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and customer service oriented. Every request was met with a helpful answer and action. We love this hotel and have stayed here 2 summers in a row. We will be back next year!

Amazing service and staff

Very nice property, I just didn’t like having to pay for parking at the hotel that you’re actually staying at. Good breakfast.
