Great customer service from everyone!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, rooms could use better and more detailed cleaning

Good variety for breakfast! Loved the location— only a short drive to Truist Park. Friendly staff and spacious clean room!! The shower doors did not slide well and there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

Very clean, smells great walking in. Staff were always very kind and willing to help with any questions. Pool was always open and clean and we always seemed to get lucky and have it to ourselves. Location is nice close enough to everything without being in downtown chaos. Had a 1 year old with us and he loved being in the room, it had plenty of space for him to run around. Overall great experience would definitely book and stay here again. Only thing was the plugs next to the bed didn’t work, that was only a slight inconvenience having to have your phone on the other side of the room but nothing that was so bad to where we wanted to leave early.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean room, pet friendly, indoor pool, and decent breakfast. Parking is $10 dollars a day and not a lot of grass area for dogs.

The only issue i have is i booked 2 rooms that were supposed to have 2 queen beds in each room with a pullout couch but

Our Ac unit was broken and leaking water all over the carpet where we had to get the building engineer

Breakfast was fine. Room was not clean on arrival. Sofa bed needed changed. Cups in cabinets were not cleaned. Hair in the tub and sink drains. Very disappointing for a Hilton property.
