Affordable rooms Unclean rooms - had to request a new room

I liked the location and how spacious the rooms were and that the parking was free. I didn't like the fact we couldn't get our room closer to our children's room and there was no breakfast. The hotel is in need of an update and the rooms were outdated and in need of repair.

Very nice hotel The linen was. Out side the door on the ground and dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a bag of trash in the middle of the room

Room smelled like dog ruin so bad I had to check out and and try sleeping in my truck. Room below had a constant flow of what appeared to be drug transactions. None of management seemed to care at all!

Unfortunately, our suite was very worn down. Doors do not close and were missing pieces out of it. The rug also was missing pieces out it. It was not worth the price I paid in my opinion.

The location was great and they hag dishes The first room was beyond disgusting. The trash can was full and all fishes were dirty. The guy who checked me in said he couldn’t do anything about it but give me supples to wash them. The following day a female clerk put me in another room. For that I was grateful

Spacious apartment that was comfortable There was pee stains around the toilet bowl and on the floor. Besides that, the apartment looked clean and tidy.

The property was in a great/ convenient location. Staff was horrible never there to assist the guest. I went to the front desk for a question regarding my card being over charged and the lobby was empty no one there to answer my question. After that I went to my car to leave for the day and the front desk staff member was outside smoking in the car with what looked to be a friend/family member. Also I never got clean towels/sheets.. I had to go purchase some from Walmart and the trash was not being emptied at all. Broken bathroom decor and the walls were dirty throughout the room.

Nothing They fraudulently charged my card for a stay that was paid for through booking.com. they charged for parking without informing me that parking cost and it was not listed on the paper for additional charges may apply. The toilet and bath tub was backed up. The air conditioner went out. They claimed to compensate me for the inconvenience, but there was nothing in the system so I didn't get compensation for the say. Then when I asked for a name to report them to corporate the lady on the phone hung up in my face. I would advise you guys to stay elsewhere this was the worst experience in Atlanta ever.

It was comfortable The kitchen didn’t have a sponge or anything to clean the dishes and room service never came to change bed shits or take the dirty towels and wash clothes

AC unit did not work in my initial room One person at the receptionist desk and not a bell for service

This property was Absolutely dirty !! Probably the worst hotel I ever slept in. Our room Floors were dirty, PLEASE DO NOT WALK BARE FOOTED IN THESE ROOMS. there was no tissue in the bathrooms , our soap dispenser was broken , there was roaches and stank bugs in our bathrooms coming from the ceiling. Also there was heavy food steins in our kitchen area. Our fold out bed from the couch had a dirty mattress!!!. This was a very bad experience which I was disappointed being that I had my children with me. Did I mentioned that there was a lot of smelly trash bags outside our room door. Probably sitting in that same spots for more than 2 nights. Nothing, this property was disgusting. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience.

Nothing at all There was no breakfast and the site said breakfast. My room was half cleaned we had to take garbage out the room down to the front desk they never had clean towels available we would clearly have to wait tobshower late in the day because no towels
