The first smelled in addition to not being cleaned, corners full of dog hair, and linens that did not smell fresh. The second room was slightly better - I still had to request for the room to be vacuumed and dusted. The flooring in the bathroom was coming undone and spread a part. Beyond these disappointments, most problematic was that I paid for one type of room through Expedia and that room type was not honored. I stayed in a room that costs less than I paid. I was not made whole by the hotel or Expedia. If cleanliness is mandatory for you, find another hotel.

The ladies that did room cleaning came everyday at no request and that was refreshing because we stayed for 8 nights!!! The free parking is greatt, the staff on the floor during the day and night were also nice. Thank you for the stay

The Aloft is unique hotel it's a little different with the colors in the room it's not the same as other boring hotels same old brown and Grey furniture the staff was great and the room was very clean location is the key.

The shower door opens the wrong way based on where the shower head and shower controls are.

Great stay for my family and I! The pool was a bit small but it was enough to wear out kids out in! Great location to malls and other nice shopping locations.

We had a two night stay. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff members were kind and helpful. My family will return soon.

Everyone there was great! The bar/restaurant was very convenient. I traveled to pick up a dog for my animal rescue and being a pet friendly hotel made this trip so much easier.
