La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth/Atlanta

They are trying to remodel it seems so it looks ok the lobby area and the breakfast area are very nice. The room wasn't too bad some dead bugs big one that should have been seen which leads me to believe it was cleaned in a rush the covers and pillowcases were very wrinkly as like the sheets and pillows case were left from a previous stay but we always pack our own sheets any the sofa in the room displayed stains that were big maybe a chair cover for that simple but the most worse part of this stay was being next to a dog room and it barking constantly for serval hours it was our anniversary was only there for one night. The bed was very comfortable if the dog wasn't there I'd give this stay an 8/10 but because of the constant barking of have to say 6/10. Breakfast 8/10 actual room 8/10.

The employee that was there on Friday at check-in was extremely courteous and helpful. However, the employee on Sunday morning was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I take fault in opening a cabinet door to attempt to locate salt and pepper, there was no need to yell at me for opening cabinets at "his house". There were other people in the area who heard his complete disrespect. If he had a problem with I was doing, he could have simply addressed me in a quiet manner rather than being unprofessional and embarrassing me in front of other people.

Had a ROACH in my room. Told management, instead of accommodating me, I basically got someone sent to my rooms. There an older person heavy set wears glasses. You’ll know it’s him is customer service is TERRIBlE. I usually never a problem with LaQuinta. But this was unacceptable. I recorded. It and all. I spoke with Randy the next day who gave me the manager Jill I need to speak to. They said I’ll be looked out for on the next visit so I’ll see. But that was by far the worst experience. I’ve ever had with them.

Spacious Location

Nothing, the staff were very rude and tried to charge us twice, and were adamant we didn't know how to book hotels when the issue was that they never requested payment from booking.

the newly modeled room. first time having to do a $100 deposit on top of a paid booking— mind you they are still called Laquinta trying to be wydham and they are still in development.

Easy to find. Location was good. The room was a a decencent size. It had plenty of space. Other than this I have nothing nice to say about it. For the price I paid it was decent fair price. good parking spaces The name on the hotel was a different name than what was on here. The pool was out of order-wasnt no water in the pool. The elevators took forever to come up and down. It didnt serve no breakfast besides cereal , milk, bagel, oatmeal..wasn't tasty...the juice was not tasty at all to me. The room they did serve breakfast in the ceiling was completely open up in the middle. I understand they where remodeling or doing revonations but at least cover the open area (especially if you are serving breakfast in that area) and remind you it was open on one end of the room to the other end. The staff wasnt very welcoming..The where so nonchalant. They didnt throughly clean my room. I found a pill, a screen protector, and found some food items that was apparently from the past guess. The staff wasnt people friendly. It you want a can soda its $2 and they want take debit cards for them it has to be cash...To me the beds wasn't so comfortable. To me I wish I would of stayed somewhere else. I hated my stay. I wouldn't choose to stay here again esepecially with my first stay wasn't so pleasant. It has no view to even look at. Front view you looking at another hotel on one side and in front was a grassy area with some type of business in the background. Then if you get the view at the back all you gone look at is the windows of another hotel which are very close to this hotel

Nothing It was under construction, the sheets were scratchy, the breakfast wasn't breakfast since they didn't have jams or jellies, no orange juice. There was pieces of bread in ziplock bags and the milk was warm. We weren't told about a deposit upon booking so it cost us an additional $100. This was not what an Embassy By Wyndham should have been. This hotel is in the hood. Allowing meth users to roam around the lobby and outside. NOT SAFE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Randy the agent is very professional and nice. The room size is spacious. I stayed here for three weeks while renovation were taking place. There was no breakfast which should have been included. The elevator is not functioning properly and some of the cleaning staff do not clean properly.

Nothing really about the facility. It was not as advertised in pics. Everything. Advertised hot breakfast. Zero hot breakfast. Everything broken. First night zero hot water. Never again. Elevators not working had to take stairs.

The Most convenient location Breakfast is need to be changed more reasonable

Shambles in the lobby and NOTHING MENTIONED in the booking process about construction. Room was well appointed and freshly remodeled. Lobby was a wreck…. Elevator didn’t operate most of the time and automatically stopped at EVERY floor!! The Breakfast was a TOTAL WASTE OF EFFORT!! Respect your guests and they will come back!! I’ll never darken their doors again!!!

Location near highway Breakfast! Bad please don’t offer it’s in construction which should be mentioned when I reserve

2. I spoke to front desk and he was on the phone when I address my concern. He argued with me that no guest should book a hotel for the gym only. 3. Dirty. Full of dust. You can see the workers doing their thing with construction stuff laying around. 4. You only receive 2 towels. 5. No house keeping the first day. 6. Pool area is a mess 7. Elevator stopped in all floors every time. 8. No hair dryer 9. Bad AC 10. Sketchy people
