A Place at the Beach

Love this place .. we already have our next trip to here booked.. This Place has hooked my family into a year trip..

Over all a great resort with a family atmosphere. It was great for my teens who could play sports, putt putt, and enjoy the pool or meet up with us at the beach. The only suggestions I would make is to have miniature golf equipment available in the evenings when it's not so hot. There was nothing given to us about checkout procedure. The office was supposed to open at 9 am, no one showed up by 9:40. Someone with a timeshare told us what we needed to do for checkout. Overall good experience.

We loved the pool/waterpark on site. The live music was always a good time. View was good from the room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was fine overall, but the location was phenomenal. It was really close to a lot of different activities and restaurants. Also the property’s access to the beach was awesome. It’s a great place to stay with your family, just know that it’s a very basic condo that you’re getting. If your whole reason for coming is to spend time out on the beach or doing other activities, this is a great base of operations. If you’re planning on spending a lot of time inside together as a family, don’t stay in a single bedroom even if it says it can sleep up to 6.

we found cockroaches coming out under the refrigerator at night once the lights were out. the kitchen and the veranda were so small, i wouldn't suggest 4 people. We had a great time either way. The pool, the staff, the ocean... who wouldn't enjoy it.

Loved the pool area and the size of the room. Very friendly staff.

It was cute. Had a lot of fun. It’s an older building but outside of that it was a lot of fun!

The associates were very nice. There was no guidance if you needed something for the condo. The staff doesn't tell you how to get anything when checking in and the map is horrible. When going to the beach or hot tubs there was only ONE sign after going thru many doors. Then you have to backtrack and hope you pick the right door to get you to the right destination. The place was clean along with the pools and hot tub.

Distance to beach and pool was great. Beach was not overcrowded and close to shopping and great restaurants.

There was plenty of room. The amenities are amazing. We could see the ocean from our room. Pools were clean and everyone was nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful!

Room was clean and super close to the ocean! Only thing we noticed was some mold on the shower curtain and a small soft spot in the flooring in the kitchen. Otherwise the place was great and we enjoyed our trip!

Our unit could have used some additional cleaning. Several kitchen items were dingy and needed washed prior to use. There was 1 additional blanket but 2 additional beds. We would have used the blanket but it was visibly dirty.
