A Place at the Beach

It was cute. Had a lot of fun. It’s an older building but outside of that it was a lot of fun!

The associates were very nice. There was no guidance if you needed something for the condo. The staff doesn't tell you how to get anything when checking in and the map is horrible. When going to the beach or hot tubs there was only ONE sign after going thru many doors. Then you have to backtrack and hope you pick the right door to get you to the right destination. The place was clean along with the pools and hot tub.

Distance to beach and pool was great. Beach was not overcrowded and close to shopping and great restaurants.

There was plenty of room. The amenities are amazing. We could see the ocean from our room. Pools were clean and everyone was nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful!

Room was clean and super close to the ocean! Only thing we noticed was some mold on the shower curtain and a small soft spot in the flooring in the kitchen. Otherwise the place was great and we enjoyed our trip!

Staff was very friendly and pool area was well maintained. Our unit could have used some additional cleaning. Several kitchen items were dingy and needed washed prior to use. There was 1 additional blanket but 2 additional beds. We would have used the blanket but it was visibly dirty.

They could and a bar and grill on site for social gatherings. And a free breakfast

The security, the staff the layout of all the different sports and game that was available Not much of a complaint but the entrance to the in the room and the bedroom the two doors from the entrance and the bedroom I wish the entrance door wood swing a different direction

Mini golf - the course is clearly maintained and well kept and we enjoyed it. Cockroach in the bathroom on night 1 made me very uncomfortable. Crumbs found in the pull out bed when we set it up - clearly hasn't been cleaned. Dirty tissues found on floor. Outdoor pool not open - and that was a big part of choosing the property. Extremely disappointing the pool was not running by MID MAY. Need to inform people who book that it will be closed during their stay. Walls had cracks that should be repaired.

The extra blanket in the room had a hole and what looked like dry vomit on it. They did replace it but didn’t take the dirty one, they left a new one in a trash bag by the door. The rooms were not very clean and very cramped. There was construction going on and the tiny tiny balcony faced the dumpsters and the construction equipment in the parking lot. It was close to the beach with a good location but unless I got a better unit, cleaner unit and the pool was open I wouldn’t stay here again. They never did come fix the faucet.

Clean The pool was closed hadn’t been inspected so I spent 2 days 12 hours on the beach DEPRESSING my room was in the back absolutely no view sand dunes and trees ??

Check in and check out was fine, condo was nice and clean.

The property was in a great location with great beach access Upon arrival, our room wasn’t clean, we found trash throughout the room, stains on the carpet, splatters on the walls. The ceiling fan in the sitting area was barely hanging on, ready to pull away from the ceiling, the bed was awful and we are glad we took our own sheets and blankets. The outdoor pool was closed our entire stay and many of the amenities were unavailable. The playground wasn’t even there anymore even though it’s listed in pictures. The worst part, there were roaches throughout the condo! Had to stuff things around the outlet in the kitchen to keep them from coming out. It wasn’t just one or two. Didn’t see them till the 2nd day. Not sure they are truthful about the pest control they do. Glad our stay was only for 3 nights.

Unfortunately, the pool was not open and construction was present outside our balcony for the entire 4 day stay. These issues were not disclosed to us until after check in. The indoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised and the weather was chilly at times. The heated pool would have been lovely. Instead, most people utilizing the indoor pool area just crowded into a small hot tub. Concerns about a guest exposing himself were not taken seriously and the guest did it a second time in front of children. Overall, a very poor experience.

Blocked walking access to parking ; the outside pool not open No one told us how to walk to beach We had to figure it out Was sitting on deck and had paint spray blow on me They were painting the outside of other building ... too much construction work when we were trying to have a relaxing weekend We SHOULD have been informed AND had the option of rebooking at another location
