The location is perfect. You can walk right out to grab a coffee, a meal or a cocktail! The onsite rooftop bar and restaurant is delicious and convenient as it is one of the best places in Auburn to watch the sunset over the loveliest village!

It’s a lovely hotel with a minimalist atmosphere. Our room was somewhat clean but had hair in the sink when we checked in. Also called during the week to see if we could get early check-in and was told to call in the morning of check-in which I did. Lady at the desk assured me that we would get early check in and that our room was already ready. When we arrived, however the gentleman at the front desk said our room was not ready and that they cannot guarantee early check-in. I said well I was guaranteed early check-in so you’re gonna have to find me a room. And actually they did which was nice. Rooms are small, but efficient again a very minimalist setting. Two big complaints are that the bar in the lobby does not open until 5 PM and there are no TVs to view any sports going on. Same thing with the rooftop restaurant and bar. How can you be in a college town and not have TVs at your bar? To us it just seemed like a hotel that was out of place for its environment.

I did not like that I could here toilets flushing and water running from other rooms. Our room location must have been close to a utility closet because it was super loud every morning.
