My room was very clean and the people were very kind and helpful

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Nothing luxurious, just basic clean hotel close to the university.

This property was so much better than expected. It felt brand new-clean, fresh. Wonderful employees and a great breakfast!

Great place to stay......

We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, no issues with the room at all. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING. Hot, fresh food that hit the spot before a long drive home. Would definitely stay here again.

They at first assigned me a room in which was being worked on actively so I had to re-check back in again since that room was un available. One of the treadmills is nonfunctional The outdoor grills are absolutely filthy No towels/wipes in workout room (resolved next day after mentioning it) Front desk often left unattended 'for borrowing' items unavailable (maybe just many guests using it) tiles on floor in lobby loose (coulda been recent damage) The dishes in the room were gross and had to be re-hand washed. Internet is kinda ass and requires a nightly upgrade fee to even use the TV in the room on youtube. No cups in the dispenser by water fountain (mentioned to front desk, never resolved up to a week later) My stay was fine and all of these issues are pretty minor, but all of these issues are just lack of maintenence. Simple things that the hotel definitely offers and is intended to, but it just isnt getting done. Hard to say if it's short staffing or poor training, but I'm fairly familiar with Marriot standards, as my mother runs operations for 6 marriot hotels and we definitely missed a lot of stuff with this one.

The staff was super nice. The breakfast was really good. Everything was very clean and the room was a nice size. The mattress was comfortable enough that I slept pretty well but it could have been a little thicker and more plush. The pillows were feather so they didn't hold their shape. But it was OK for a one night stay. I'd stay there again and bring my own pillow

When I walked in I was impressed with the room. It was a good size and appeared clean. After walking into the bathroom I seen there was a lot of hair in the tube and around the sink. The drawers in the room also had hair in them. I noticed crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. I looked over all this because over all the room was good. After taking a shower however I noticed two of the three towels had makeup stains all over them. Nobody wants to dry off their clean body with a towels that appears dirty.

Very good

the fridge developed a bad noise one day and I told the staff about it. When we returned later that day the fridge was replaced and no more noise. The end.

Previous stays were pleasant. Not sure if new owner or employees, but #marriott needs to send #undercoverboss and stat! Cannot believe it is a Marriott property. Requested manager to call me (different times) and this never happened. No shower during days of our entire stay for any of us, as no matter the time of day or night, there was ZERO hot water! Other guests complained and we let it run 15 mins still no hot water. 1 bed had spider crawling in sheets. The other bed appeared to have bed bugs! Reached in to grab a glass from cabinet... dishes put in cabinet dirty. Again, we requested the manager come inspect and they were too busy to do so. They refused to issue any credit or find different hotel. Shame on you Mariott and Shame on you management of TPS!!! I told the front desk receptionist that I was an ELITE Marriott member to proceed and look me up, but she LIED and said she had no way of looking up members nor status. Go to Auburn Hotel, Candlewood suites, Holiday Inn but do not stay here!!! In the words of #Jellyroll #Iamnotokay
