Stay Plus Extended Stay Suites

Very convenient and they didn’t up charge room rates for football games even the Georgia game nor for graduation or parents day.

Initially when I tried to check in, I was told they didn’t have my reservation. And I probably was supposed to be at the hotel next door. When I came back, after checking the other hotel, they said said sorry, we have computer issues. The first room I was sent to, was not clean. I booked a king size, but the next room had 2 double beds. The AC was not on when I first got in the room, so it was very hot. There was a sticky place on the floor by one bed. It was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The excuse for the first room I was given being dirty was “computer issues”.

Immaculate room. No ice machine, no cups in the room. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Overall, I would recommend the place.

Full kitchen, roomy and furniture comfortable. Beds were comfortable also. Clean and spacious. Very happy with this stay.

But those were small things I wasn't going to bother them with since they had a full house for the Argentina/Iceland match at Jordan-Hare. Super clean, room was as nice as advertised, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful! I'd stay there again! (And the price was right!)

For an extended stay it might be good (it was clean and well maintained), but beware that no silverware, dishes, pots or pans are provided. The TV malfunctioned (the image broke up, suggesting it was a problem for all rooms). Upon arrival I was given a room only to find there was someone in it!

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful, parking was east and food nearby was easily accessible.

There were no amenities. There was no ice provided. It had a full kitchen but no dishes or cookware if you wanted to cook. We booked a king but they didn't have one available.

Black water refers primarily to highly contaminated wastewater from toilets, sinks, and dishwashers containing human waste, pathogens, and grease, requiring specialized treatment. It is distinct from greywater and poses severe health risks. It can also refer to dark-colored water in swamps or natural, nutrient-rich, or polluted water bodies. Also the room next to me was extremely loud and could not get any rest. When I went down to reception to express my concerns, the gate was down and no one was present. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the black water alone. I had to wash my face and hands using makeup wipes, I had to brush my teeth using water from my Stanley .

The room was just fine, it was clean it was obviously well managed hotel. The only issue we had was the noise from above us was very hard to sleep through.

The single staff member working at the desk was very courteous and she seemed to be trying her best but definitely needed help. Lines were long and check in took forever. The room 100% needed a more thorough cleaning (sticky floor, hair in bathroom sink/tub, gross walls). The sheets on one bed were clean but stained (ened up sleeping ontop of the quilt). And one of the very used pillows was extremely stained under the pillowcase (thankfully we brought our own). The amenities were nonexistent. Seriously, no shampoo, coffee, cups, not even handsoap! The only person at the frontdesk left overnight. So if you needed help, there wasn't anyone there. They werent even back by time i was ready to checkout at 8. For a single night, it was ok (slightly better than roughing it in the car at least). But definitely would not recommend if staying longer.

Great customer service

the room was very clean, but ”sparse”..ie..nooo amenities like shampoo. the ck-in was flawless..TV would not work,& noOne available to ck on it....we wanted to ck-out next morning, but no clerk was available..the front desk area was “walled off”..veryyy strange..

The room was bare of any amenities - no kleenex, no bath mat, to paper towels, no blow dryer.

Easy drive to stadium, everything was very clean and front desk was great!
