Desk staff was super courteous and helpful… the breakfast staff… not so much😐. Had to ask for help w coffee machine.. she didn’t acknowledge me twice and had an attitude when she finally came over to help fix. Other than that, hotel was clean and convenient.. would stay again.

However, the following morning around 8:00 a.m., housekeeping repeatedly tried to enter my room. I explained that my reservation was for two nights. Even if I had only booked one night, checkout wasn’t until 11:00 a.m., so it was frustrating to be interrupted that early. Housekeeping then returned and told me I needed to go to the front desk. When I got there, the employee immediately told me I needed to make a new reservation if I wanted to stay another night. I explained that I had already paid for two nights, but he insisted he was looking at a one-night reservation. I pulled up my confirmation email to show proof of my reservation, and before I could even show it to him, he realized he had mixed me up with another guest. While I appreciate that the mistake was eventually corrected, I didn’t appreciate how the situation was handled. Instead of verifying the reservation before telling me I needed to pay for another night, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong. Between the dirty original room and the confusion surrounding my reservation, the overall experience fell well below my expectations.

Breakfast not open until 6:30. Attendant was rude when I approached the juice machine to get my children a drink.

The property was clean and in a good location. A Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts is in walking distance. We had been traveling since 3am and didn’t check in until later in the night. The next morning around 8 am housekeeping came knocking on the door and tried opening it. Luckily we had the stopper open at the top so they couldn’t come in. We had been sleeping while this happened of course it woke us up. Check out isn’t until 11, so I’m not sure why they tried entering so early. Plus, we heard bumping throughout the night.

Location, parking, great exterior/interior design and look, clean and comfortable beds/pillows/room/view. The body wash pump didn’t work so I used the shampoo to wash.

I’ve stayed here several times bc of the cleanliness and it’s always been quiet. The breakfast is pretty good too.
