Good location, friendly staff.

Quiet spot,& clean

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. It had a musty smell, though. The toilet took a long time to flush and the tub had a drip. The WiFi was tough to access, especially to watch the TV-I couldn’t get it to work. Wouldn’t stay again.

Very limited parking. Helpful staff. Not at all impressed with the room. Toilet didn't flush right. Not sure room was sanitized. One bed had been partially unsafe and the other looked like someone had laid against the pillows. They offered to change rooms, but it was late and I was exhausted after trying to park out moving van (chose this place because it said it had truck parking, nope). I asked for clean sheets, we covered the beds and slept for a few hours before getting back in the road.

The hotel has no elevators, and the hallway carpet was visibly dirty. Our first room had an unpleasant odor. The front desk kindly moved us to another room, and offered us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. After driving hours through a Tropical Storm with six hours of travel ahead, and it was the middle of the night, so we stayed. The second room had stained bedding, hair in the bathtub, and a rusted toilet. We stripped the bed and used our own blankets, and I cleaned the bathtub myself. The sink, counter, and towels appeared clean. A few hours later, my daughters and I woke up congested. We suspected the air conditioner or the odor, which smelled like mold or mildew, may have been the cause. Within a few days of returning home, we all developed colds, and I now have a respiratory infection. While I cannot say the hotel caused our illnesses, the conditions were concerning. I chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced, so I was not expecting luxury. However, I did expect clean, sanitary accommodations. Because of the condition of our room, I didn't feel comfortable eating the complimentary breakfast other than a yogurt. I encourage management to replace the hallway carpet, ensure ALL bedding is cleaned between guests, and inspect the property for any mold or mildew issues. Investing in cleanliness is less costly than potential health complaints or liability.

How close it was to where I was traveling for work. Very dirty. Bathroom door was rotten and broken on the bottom. The air return was hanging from the ceiling. Missing paint on the walls.
-
The desk clerk was friendly Live cockroaches in room adults and babies when I told the clerk on the checkout the first thing he said was bed bugs?? That was a a bit concerning. The pool was black and not operational. I mean one of their amenities was the pool!
-
Door from the outside was open so anyone could enter.

Roach infested
-
Location Was not given a do not disturb hanger. House keeping came in and only replenished towels daily bed was only made once. There was a big gap from where bathroom counter met the wall where it had began falling and they just screwed it to wall where they found it
-
Location Not clean. Killed two roaches my first night.

Very professional staff and the rooms were very modern looking. parking wasn’t an issue and they accommodated me by allowing a very late check in

We booked this hotel room for my daughter’s graduation from Auburn. I paid astronomical for this room. It typically rents for a ridiculous amount less a night. The room was dirty especially the shower with hair and mildew. It had an odd odor. We went to Walmart and bought our own sheets and comforter because we were not about to sleep on their linens. The swimming pool was half full of dirty water and upon closer inspection we found a shopping cart in the pool. The fact that I paid such a rate for this room infuriates me. Price gouging for a graduation is shameful.

Some switches didn’t work as we could not figure out what they operated.

Run down ~ needs repairs

I would NOT recommend staying here.

The pool was dirty. The hotel was very noisy. People were outside playing loud music. The people in the room above me walked and jumped up and down all night. The mini fridge was making a loud humming noise. The room was clean and spacious which was a plus. The front desk worker was very nice. I will never stay here again! I didnt get much sleep!

The rooms were spacious and looked clean. The air in the room did not get cold enough, the wifi was non existent (which 2 children were counting on) the tv that was provided had extremely limited usage. The water pressure was mediocre while trying to shower.

Good area to stay. Very quiet
