Didn’t like much Paid for a room and stated I had four guest. Only two towels. Nobody working front desk. Couldn’t get any more towels. Beds were uncomfortable and the room was not that clean. Very hot and from 7pm it took till about 1-2am to get cooled down. Beds had some loud metal frame that sounded like thunder any time you move. Could smell pot inside the room from the folks smoking outside. Loud cars outside with music and revving up all night. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Mold smell in the room, even AC was working, and did not improve after opening the door.

We will never stay there again. I didn’t even make it the full night. The room was disgusting. Bugs on the floor, shower broken, stains on the bed sheets. Room smelled of marijuana the whole time and I had my 10 year old with me.

Nothing ⭐ 1/5 — IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD This was hands down the most DISGUSTING motel room I have ever seen in my life. We walked in and immediately knew there was no way we were staying there. The bed covers were covered in stains, there was HAIR IN THE BED, the floors were sticky, and the entire room smelled horrible. It was so filthy that my child wouldn’t even sit on the bed. We lasted approximately 15 MINUTES before grabbing our belongings and leaving. We then had to go find another place to stay because sleeping in that room was absolutely out of the question. I cannot understand how a room in this condition was considered ready for a paying guest. If you are charging people money to stay somewhere, the VERY LEAST you can provide is a clean bed and a sanitary room. This wasn’t just a room that needed a little extra cleaning — it was absolutely unacceptable. I have stayed in plenty of hotels and motels over the years, and I have NEVER walked out of one within 15 minutes because I was too disgusted to stay. I wouldn’t have slept in that bed, I wouldn’t let my child sleep in that bed, and I certainly would NEVER pay to stay here again. ZERO STARS would be more appropriate. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Nothing.. The lobby was locked at 9:00 pm and. had to checkin at a kiosk in the foyer area talking to a guy on screen that I could barely understand. It was creepy. And The room my Mom and I were assigned was in a dark area where men were sitting outside our door smoking in their truck. We were afraid to get out of our vehicle.

They did not put enough towels in room. If you arrive after 7pm it's a virtual check in n you can't get towels till morning. Also I have a broken foot. I told them I could not climb stairs. I was charged $12 more to stay on 1st floor. The mattress was great.

I was told would get late check out on final day, but was charged for an additional day instead. My key was turned in and I left slightly after 2:00 PM on Saturday.

Do not book!!! The room has a strong smell of mold. There was no staff on the premises, you have to check in on a computer talking to a live agent. The sheets were dirty, hotel has roaches (big ones) and the smell of mold lingers in your nose even when you walk outside of the room. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Room door impossible to close, 1 roller on the chair was missing so I couldn’t sit down, remote control never worked. Stain on the bedspread. No clock. Shower bar rusted and just left hanging. Shampoo holder ripped from wall. No cups. Floors dirty with previous guests’ toenails.

Went to front desk for another room Room 2 - AC did not work. Went back to front desk where the attendant insisted that it did work. Back to the room with her to watch while she unplugged and plugged in the unit several times while also pushing the buttons really hard Despite this expert troubleshooting-still did not work Room 3 - AC worked and had toilet paper. So far so good Went to dinner and back at 11 pm. Loud music and partying in the upstairs unit went on until just after 3 am. No sleep to be had - no help from the front desk Worst hotel choice I have made in my lifetime

It looked like the room was recently updated and refurbished. The main areas were clean. However, the corners of the room were dirty and were unmopped. I saw candy crumbs and small, sticky, dried spills in the corners of the room. There was a drink that was left in the fridge from the previous guest. Also, checking in the hotel was a big challenge. I did not like talking to the customer service person on a kiosk. He had a very thick foreign accent, which was hard to understand, and the audio was bad. I had to keep asking him to repeat what was he was saying. It was awkward for me, because I was trying not to offend him - but I really could not understand him or hear him well at the kiosk. I also called and asked for more towels around 10 pm on the second night of our stay, but the gentleman said I had to wait until 5 or 6 the next morning, because they were closed and there was no one to give me towels. I was willing to go to the office to get them, but there was no one there. This is a safety concern for me - there should always be an employee on site. This did not sit well with me. I will not be returning.
