Perfect Location, friendly staff, Breakfast is great, Executive level has a full snack bar that comes free with the room.

2. Our reservation was confused which cause some confusion in our stay. 3. The room keys failed and we had to get new ones. 4. We became locked out of our room because the the inside door lock became locked when the door closed and maintenance person had to be called which resulted in us standing outside of our room until he finally ( after 3 visits ) disabled the inside lock completely. Very poor two night stay. Staff with exception of the restaurant greeter were very friendly and pleasant helpers. Thx for your attention. Oscar Walker

Beautiful hotel

I love everything about this hotel… my friend and I were seeing an evening show at the Gogue theater and wanted to go out and get drinks later (maybe listen to some jazz at the Piccolo) and didn’t want to have to get back in the road to Montgomery. We were walking distance to fabulous venues outside of the already wonderful restaurant and bar and jazz club right in the hotel! Our night stay was so comfortable and breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant the Ariccia was divine!! Then we spent the rest of the late morning and afternoon at the spa at the Laurel!! From the valet drivers to the wonderful staff that greeted us to the snacks on the executive floor we had a splendid time!! I felt like we had a vacation and just 50 miles up the road!!!

The whole stay was wonderful, food was excellent ! Staff was friendly and helpful.

The second time staying and I only do something a second time if I liked it the first time. Great place to stay. War Eagle!

Clean room and helpful staff

I have stayed in 5-star hotels all over the world. This hotel in little ole Auburn matches any hotel I have stayed in. Every time I stay there, I am amazed that this wonderful place is in the middle of Alabama. It is a fantastic experience.

The Auburn Hotel is one of my favorites and make sure to check out Hey Day Market next door!

Super clean and well-maintained room. Check in and check out were so easy and quick. Valet was fast. Loved being able to walk to all of the downtown shops and restaurants and also to the stadium for our campus tour. A great and convenient place to stay in Auburn!

We loved our stay. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
