Everything was good 👍. Need to get the pool and hot tub repaired.

Staff was nice. The hotel is old and definitely needs updating. It was hard to sleep as you can hear cars driving by. It has single pane windows and being right next to freeway there is no way to block it out.

We stayed during Western States weekend, and we chose this hotel for the lower price compared to what was available in town and we knew what we were getting, having been here before. With all that said: our non-smoking room smelled of smoke+ other accumulated smells, retained by the old carpet and the old window drapes. The room was spacious (king bed), the fridge and microwave were working. It would be nice to see some more care placed into these rooms.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked fine, shower water was hot, and the breakfast, although simple, provided me my coffee and fresh whole fruit, and yogurt. Now for the negative. Our room had lots of issues; safe was broken (staff said the safe vendor contract had expired and the safes were abandoned in the rooms), window wouldn't close all the way leaving a 3" gap for the highway noise to come in, 2 burn holes in the worn out carpet, clothes cabinet drawers were broken and were off the tracks, faucet for shower wouldn't shut off completely, towels would leave a layer of fine lint all over your body (especially if you have razor stubble). I would have to spend a few minutes wiping off the lint after toweling off. The 2nd floor entrance sensors on both ends of the hallway were broken so once you went out you couldn't come back in through that door and had to go to the elevator. We were there 4 days and never had any room cleaning, nor did I notice the dirty hallway having been vacuumed. On the whole it seemed this place just was not being kept up.

Hotel is really run down. Shower would not turn off all the way, AC did not cool room down, hot tub was not filled and blocked off, exterior door to hallway did not shut properly, the exterior stairs had garbage and cigarette butts on landing. The rooms the I80 traffic is very loud. When I mentioned shower and AC problems to front desk I was told they were aware of the problems but owner does not want to fix anything.

Not a well maintained or clean place.

The check in staff, Thomas was great. Very helpful. After that, not so great. No phone in room. Had to go to front desk to ask for a plunger. They couldn’t find one. Ended up picking one up while I was out. Bathroom light was on a timer outside the door so lights went off several times on us leaving us in pitch blackness with a sub par toilet. Tv was poor quality. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was adequate but we had to inquire where it was located. No do not disturb to put on door when out.

The location Super dirty, rude stuff. Never seen a room as dirty as this one before. Highly not recommend it
-
Nothing outstsnding, but the room was clean and th bed was comfortable. The oncluded breakfast has the choice of toast, cereal or pancakes... no fruit. Overall, reasonable for the price, but a little effort on breakfast would sway me to stay again when in town on business.

Would recommend the hotel plenty choice in food staff very very friendly
-
Very affordable. You get what you pay for. Helpful and kind staff.

You get what you pay for...frayed towels, stained sheets and bed covers, rude & absent front desk clerk, TV didn't work, no soap only shampoo packets. I could go on but you get the idea.

Pool out of service. Had problems with TV. Blackout for 3 hours

The smell of the staff’s food. Unfortunately , I could not stay here with my family. The room was dirty dirty dirty. The swimming pool from the room’s view was dirty dirty dirty. There is no way I could let my child sleep there. The hotel is much outdated. The picture online did not match what I saw. I was able to get my refund.

Pool was not open nor jacuzzi

The Continental breakfast was good. My room was next to the busy highway and road which was loud. My microwave did not work however they did replace it when I asked, twice. There were people smoking marijuana either right outside the door or in their room so my hallway smelled like pot.
-
It was easy to find and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

El peor lugar del mundo. Entiendo que no debo esperar una súper experiencia por el precio. Pero hay cosas que son básicas y deben mejorarse . El colchón estaba pésimo en condiciones pauperrimas , y de sus instalaciones ni hablar .

No one at the desk when we arrived. Room was differ made up No shower curtain. Just a BAD experience, will not go there again.

This is a budget motel. That said, it was OK for the price we paid. The room had fresh paint, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The microwave looked like it was from the '80's, but it still worked. The fridge looked old as well. No phone in room so I tried to call the desk with my cell, just to find out the website phone number has been disconnected. I had to go to the office to report the TV remote only did on/off and volume, and was stuck on a station running a men's, and then women's, wrestling matches !!! The staff member told me the website has their old phone number and he gave me the current phone number. He promptly came to our room and fixed the TV remote problem. Breakfast was 3 inch thin pancakes that came out of a novel looking metal oven box after riding down a belt as a puddle of batter getting cooked on the way to the other end where it falls out onto your pre positioned plate. About 4-6 make a serving. There was no butter but there was maple syrup. I ate them. I do not recommend them. There was no juice, per se, except for one container that had what looked like orange juice but I think was actually Tang or something similar. There were bagels and cream cheese which is what I opted for. Awful Annies breakfast/lunch restaurant is next door and has good breakfasts available. I would recommend AA if you want a REAL breakfast. I would stay there again for 1 night if travelling alone. I wouldn't bring my wife here again. She was less impressed.
