It’s a typical beat-up, marginally clean Motel 6. The linens were decent. Small refrigerator and microwave functioned fine.

The bed was was very comfortable and the room very quiet

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, the spa was filled in with cement. The hotel while clean upfront was a little dusty in the corners. The shower stall was in need of a good scrub, it had buildup. I would stay here again. And for the money I was satisfied with everything but the shower.

When I arrived I purchased the room online and I needed to add and extra day so I did it at the front desk I was charged almost $20 extra then the price online . Then the mirror was dirty and the baseboards . I had my room cleaned several times and each time I came back the mirror had not been touched . Staff was nice but the room needed better pillows and the cleaning of the towels were not as good as they should have been . I had a washcloth that was grey instead of white and I am supposed to wash my face with that ? No ! I get it it’s not a 5 or even 3 star motel but I just wanted to look in a clean mirror . Since I had been there for 5 days .

Great location.

The room was dated but clean, bed was not comfortable and for the love of Carl can you please give us more than one pillow that has at least a little integrity? No evelvator so be prepared to take your luggage up stairs. The worst part was we lost power in the middle of the night - not their fault but OOOF! It stayed off all night and all morning. We left very early down a very dark hallway and staircase as there was no way to get coffee or anything. Doubt I would return.

comfy bed & nice room layout there was pubes from the last people/persons who stayed…. i literally think the hairiest dude in auburn stayed in room 313 before us… my husband and i stayed from june 18-21 and it was pretty upsetting having hair literally all over the room except the bed. especially the shower was the worst. a few of the hand towels were dirty as well. if the room was clean our stay would have been perfect. i also emailed the hotels email about the situation but never heard back.

What kind of bologna is this.

The property was fine . Clean quiet, except for another guests dogs, we stayed 4 nights and we were happy.

Opened window smelled like cat or human pee closed window seams like the smell was coming in from outside shower door would not stay closed and toilet was not secured to floor bathroom door squeaked when opening it one of the frames of the bed made noise when you moved on it tree branches need to be trimmed needs help not sure if I will come back have used motel 6 for 30 years disappointed

Front desk staff was efficient and friendly but that is about all I can say that was good. There was hair and urine on the part of the toilet seat where the toilet seat screws sit. The was old mold on the shower moulding. There was old, used soap in the shower door runner. The housekeepers didn’t remake our beds and left a beer bottle by our door in the hallway the hallway carpet was definitely not vacuumed. The stairways and landings were very dirty with debris from people’s shoes. A quick sweep and mop once a day, would take care of that. There was old tires and other trash sitting outside the dumpster area and there was no hot tub, as listed. Just a place where it should have been. The power was out for hours on Saturday and came back on late morning. Not their fault but it didn’t help that there wasn’t hot coffee. No sodas, the night before. The soda machine was out of order. This is the second Motel 6, this one in Gilroy, CA, that had bugs or actual larvae coming out of the sink drain. I won’t be staying with Motel 6 again. It really felt like they didn’t care about the property. It’s in a pretty area with a Red Lion right next to it, where I will be staying next time.

And then there’s the lack of soundproofing… You can hear every step and every word of your neighbors’ conversations and every person walking down the hall to the ice machine and back. Also, my room did not have a TV remote. But the location and exterior of this motel 6 was pretty darn great, the pool was very nice and reception was friendly. And the pet policy cannot be beat. 💝 But geez, guys… Is it really that hard to scrub the bath the toilet and give the walls an occasional wipe?

Has a swimming pool, which we didn't have time to use. Check in and out was flawless. Has fridge/ microwave. Power died in the morning. Not their fault, as the region was out, too. 2 bars of soap for three adults? No shampoo/body wash/conditioner. Some odor when we first arrived.
