Rooms were just an expensive Motel 6. Breakfast didn’t offer a lot of choices. The pool was excellent and the grounds were nice and kept up.

Clean rooms cold a/c and great check in service. The property is well maintained. The swimming pool looked well cared for. Whoever runs this place cares about what they do. I appreciate that.

The property was excellent. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good. Plenty of parking space.

We were there for two nights. First night excellent. Second night the workers that were staying there, were partying at the room next to us. All workers watched it there. Loud voices, vulgar mouths and very drunk. Started about 5:30. Manager on duty was Jeremy. I called four times, he pretty much did nothing. One of his responses was they are renting rooms here. So I wasn't? Finally at 10:30 we asked to go to another room. He said he would go and talk to them once again. He threatened them with the Sheriff, they went back to their rooms. Next morning at breakfast their were a lot of unhappy customers complaining about the noise. When I checked out we complained and Karen said she would have the manager call me. Haven't heard from anyone yet. Your hotel is very nice, we have stayed there multiple times. But Jeremy handled this situation very poorly.

Nice lady at the check in desk. Had our room ready early for us which we appreciated. Room was clean Old building so no stairs to the upper floor. Price was too expensive for this category of stay.

Really nice property that is very well maintained. Clean and very nice. It IS without an elevator so be sure you are aware, just an old school motel. But one of the nicest ones i have ever stayed in.

There aren’t many options available in Auburn, and this is one of the nicer places you can stay. With that being said, it’s showing its age. The rooms have “thin” walls and you can hear others above you talking and walking around if you’re in a lower unit. Our room door had a seal at the bottom that needed to be replaced and could easily allow critters in (although we didn’t see any). The beds are old and very “bouncy”. Me and my wife are on the thinner side and we both felt like we sunk into the bed. The pillows were also very deflated requiring folding over for some level of support. The breakfast, while nice, is not low carb friendly. There were only hard boiled eggs and there was no meat options. We tend to stay at hotels that have a larger selection, so this was disappointing. Overall, still a decent hotel, but definitely on the 2 “star” side of hotels. If you need a place in Auburn, this is safe choice.

This is great place to stay if heading to the Sierras and you want to chill out before the wilderness days happen. Super nice people and clean!

Convenient location off the freeway. Room was large. Pretty good value. Waffles at breakfast were good. Super quick and easy check in and out. Walls were very thin - could hear cars all night and the room next to us if they were talking.
