Room was in the best condition. First room the window was broken and there was dead bugs all over the bed and ac unit

DO NOT STAY HERE AT THE CURRENT TIME. There is no lobby as the entire hotel is being remodeled! The “front desk” is in a hallway and there is NO complimentary breakfast! The room had no cabinet door handles and missing light fixtures! It’s actually ridiculous that they are still attempting to have guests stay in this hotel in this condition!! I could have stayed at either hotel next to this one and not dealt with dust, debris and false advertising!!

Stayed 6/20/26. On Expedia nothing was mentioned about the property under complete renovation. No cable or wifi, with nobody on property to help. Staff was very nice, unfortunately they get the brunt of it.

Expedia will be getting a call. I paid for a room that they no longer offer. The place is fully under construction so no breakfast yet u said I get one. Construction started 8am so no sleeping in. Finally I was verbally assaulted by the front staff who told he didnt fucken care and toss my cooler

This location was under construction. There were no dishes, cups or cutlery in the room. There was no maid service and there was no complimentary breakfast or cafeteria available at all. This experience guarantees that I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again.

It did not say the site was under construction. They had a small back entrance in hotel that they were using for check in. The entrance was very dusty and floor was dirty from construction. In the morning you could tell they tried to clean but the construction dust just settled in things again. Our room was cleaned and will be nice when done. No complementary breakfast was available during construction.

I booked this hotel based on the ammenities listed on Expedia, and it's own website. Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Daily, Complimentary Breakfast, etc. NONE of those things are available. The entire first floor, apparently where all of these things are located, is under MAJOR construction. Although the renovated uppper floors are very nicely redone, you first have to navigate down first floor hallways which stronly smell of cigarettee and pot smoke. Several people appear to live at this location. The staff could not be more apathetic. When I asked where I could get a cart for bringing in luggage, the clerk stated they didn't have any due to construction. Why does construction take away luggage carts? The perimeter doors are not locked, so anyone can simply wander into the hotel at any time. NONE of this was disclosed when I made this booking. Until their "construction" is complete, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Said there was breakfast but was no breakfast. First floor stinks like dogs

The hotel is totally under reconstruction. The property charges an extra $100 damage fee to be refunded 1-5 business days from date of checkout. The room did not have towels, soap or coffee for the in room coffee maker. The hotel advertised breakfast on-site but was not available.

The hotel 1st floor and elevator smells horrible, staff unprofessional, the room was completely remodeled but dust everywhere. The room had missing blinds broken window screens missing room phone The noise from other tenants was horrible none stop screaming crying all night. Woke up to broken glass all over the floor outside of the room

The receptionist, Nate, was very helpful. The hotel is under construction at this time. There were no amenities available because of this. Nate was able to obtain ice and coffee for me. My room was the size of an apartment and was pretty swanky. It was a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

No free breakfast, hotel is under renovation, no pre-warning about renovations. Workers tracked dirt and mud into the hotel.

There is one employee to assist you. Once I was relocated to an appropriate room (as the first one was not what I booked) I came to realize both spaces had cleanliness concerns. Garbage and wrappers remained under our beds food growing mold in the fridge upon arrival Water in the tub upon arrival Folded towels were not properly cleaned Amenities The landline in our first room was fully disconnected Soaps missing from sink and shower caddy Amenities guests are notified of being currently available are not available: vending machines, grabngo breakfast.

Was under renovation, no ice, no breakfast and parking was …. Fun? Booked a kitchenette but did not get it on night one had to switch rooms on night two got moved into a room where the ac barely worked and got worse every day, I work second so the maintenance guy was gone on the Friday it totally went out. Staff did what they could and I will probably give them another shot if I am still working in the area later, room layout was nice and the third floor was quiet enough for day sleeping

The hotel was under construction but we didn’t know until we arrived. There was no breakfast available, the temporary lobby smelled like marijuana BUT the newly renovated room was nice.

Supposed to be breakfast. Under renovations. No breakfast. Not even a bag breakfast. No coffee or cream etc. in the room. Floors were very dirty. Unable to access the lobby. Never saw any staff except when checked in. Marijuana smell throughout the hotel. Elevator was filthy. Had a kitchenette but nothing in it at all. Was not usable in any sense. Was told by check-in person the website was up to date but that was a lie. It does not say under construction. It does not say no breakfast served. There was a stack of large bags of trash inside an exit door. It grew the entire time we were there. The entire stay was horrid!

When we arrived the lobby was blocked and fenced off by construction equipment. We were directed to a back door where we could check in from a small banquet table & laptop equipment. No carpet in this area. Went to the elevator to go to our 3rd floor room and we're welcomed by new carpet and beautiful modern decor. The room was clean and newly furnished, however it was lacking a refrigerator and coffee for the small coffeemaker. The handle for the shower was loose but worked. There were ample towels and toiletries available. There were no smoke detectors or phone to call the "front desk" when the internet lost signal (which powered the tv). There was no mention of the construction when this room was booked 😞

Under construction and not livable .. as far as lobby and breakfast. It should be half price do to construction
