AC was broken Hotel not in the best shape

Nice place from what we saw. I'd heard there was an omelet station but we did not have that unfortunately. The buffet was well stocked tho with tons of options. Room was clean. There was some wear and tear but not bad. Bed was a bit hard for me. My husband liked it tho.

There was a hair in the shower.

loved my stay here, the staff was super friendly. However after I left I realized I had lost my granddaddy’s wallet and the only place I couldn’t check (as being I’m from the west side of the mitten) was my hotel room. I called and the first woman was going to check and I never received a call back after that. I then called and asked if they had any idea what was happening and the staff member informed me that the shift I’d been speaking to left and didn’t inform her of anything. I said I’d call back tomorrow. Well I then thought about maybe a lost and found, but when I called and I started with “I’m sorry for calling again” and the woman was obviously annoyed with me. I just hung up and plan to call tomorrow with the other shift, I’d rather not be made to feel stupid over an already VERY upsetting situation. If it was your granddaddy’s wallet you’d be concerned too. I’m just trying to locate my things. Hopefully they find it:/

The pool at this particular hotel does not work has not for the last two years. This hotel needs to be updated. It is not the usual embassy look or stay. The breakfast was below average. I will only recommend this place if you have no other options.

The front desk Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I walked in holding my sleeping toddler. The lady was so helpful and nice.

Where do you begin? Not what it used to be.

The first one we got smells like cigarettes and mold , breakfast??waited on food forever, place is not what it used to be. At least the staff was friendly.

The ceiling above the tub was caving in in the sink was stopped up. I was unable to even take a shower in the morning. I left before checkout time. I will never return to the hotel.

I know it sounds crazy but I want to get the same room every time I go. The staff was awesome! The location was awesome! The cleanliness was awesome. I just hate that. The jacuzzi wasn't running up under the tree. That's the only negative thing because of the magnitude of the tree. Other than that I have no complaints. The food was excellent. I don't eat pork so they went out and got me some turkey sausages that was kind of them, oh I forgot to mention there's a church inside the building someone's been renting it for 2 years and that's awesome because I wasn't able to make it out for church on yesterday. I love that! I love that. I love that! That's very unusual. Well I believe I said it all in the first part. Only part I didn't like is the chairs that was outside but under the tree that was ever heavy magnitude, oh one more thing. The hallways were freezing. When I say freezing I mean freezing. It's like did nobody know how to control the air to cut it down

The no-smoking policy is not in forced whatsoever, cigarette smoke & Vape chemicals were present 85% of the time even though I relocated my room.
