I know it sounds crazy but I want to get the same room every time I go. The staff was awesome! The location was awesome! The cleanliness was awesome. I just hate that. The jacuzzi wasn't running up under the tree. That's the only negative thing because of the magnitude of the tree. Other than that I have no complaints. The food was excellent. I don't eat pork so they went out and got me some turkey sausages that was kind of them, oh I forgot to mention there's a church inside the building someone's been renting it for 2 years and that's awesome because I wasn't able to make it out for church on yesterday. I love that! I love that. I love that! That's very unusual. Well I believe I said it all in the first part. Only part I didn't like is the chairs that was outside but under the tree that was ever heavy magnitude, oh one more thing. The hallways were freezing. When I say freezing I mean freezing. It's like did nobody know how to control the air to cut it down

I had a problem with the shower.Then was not able to stand my original room but was given a suite for the inconvenience.Thanks for great service

The room was less then to be desired with wallpaper peeling off the walls and what looked like water damage to the middle of a wall with it caving in and deformed. The beds where not comfortable and if you sat on them the other side of the bed would go way up in the air the pull out sofa looked like it had not been cleaned in years covered in dirt and dust and old scratched off lotto tickets and then the balcony must not get cleaned as we found joints put out and left on the balcony

Very nice hotel great staff and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Had a great meal in the evening and breakfast was amazing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Beautiful lobby would stay there again!!!!!

The room was spacious there actually was a disturbance and I couldn't sleep so the hotel refunded me for two nights. The staff was very helpful in this whole process. I will probably stay here again. I didn't like that. The pool wasn't open though.

They had breakfast. Not clean, a lot of stuff didn't work. Wasn't told there was no poo before arriving l, poor aditude from the hostess. Room was un cleaned an felt damp an the floor was wet an sticky. Along with mystery stains everywhere

The room and staff was good the only thing was the light in our room was dead.

I paid for a balcony room and they told me they don't have balcony rooms available. Gave me a room that the sink was clogged in. Change to a different room the next day. The ice machine was broken on my floor. I won't be going back there

Pool was closed, bathroom sink was clogged, balcony door did not open, sofa bed it not open, room and hallway smelled bad, carpet was nasty.

The rooms need updating but the breakfast offered and the dining area was excellent.

The pool was down all weekend which kinda sucked because it’s a big amenity. I understand that is out of the hotels control but a heads up would have been nice. The AC was off in our room when we arrived. It took almost all weekend to cool down and never really got cold. Other than that it was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and hotel is clean!

There was a loud party in the room next to us, we seen people coming and going all night. Loud music that kept our kids up, they finally switched us to a different room at 1130pm and continued to let them party. The hotel wasn't the cleanest and the gym is missing a lot of dumbells. Pool was closed. It's unfortunate, the hotel appears to have a lot of potential. The breakfast was great, it exceeded our expectations and the staff during breakfast were very nice.

The water face fell on my daughter and scraped her arm. The couch beds was not working in any room Because they moved us after the water faucet incident. PoolWas out of service and was not posted on the site.

When I came into the hotel the door was broken already and the sink was drained slow and took 90 outta my deposit because of that

This motel is not up to Marroitt,s standards and need lots of attention inised and outside.
