Room was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. When I took a shower, the water was cold about 35c, 95F. I booked this hotel hoping to swim as the website shows that there is a pool. But it wasn't and it was out of order for a few years. As this hotel belong to Marriott chain, and as a member of Marriott club, I feel very disappoint.

We originally had booked the room to use the pool. It was down. It didn't say that on the website. Then we get there and the air wasn't blowing out much. Just slightly it was. We asked for housekeeping and they threw away the drinks we had in the room.

Nice room. Very comfortable but the water in the shower got cold after 2 minutes. Bar was very expensive. $8 for a beer is a too much.

This hotel is much older and has not been updated. The staff was wonderful, but there were not enough of them for guests' needs. For a class reunion, there was only one bartender. Much later, more came. In the morning, one chef was unable to come, so breakfast was later. The food, however, was quite good for dinner and breakfast. We really liked that all rooms were suites with ample room and two tvs. All of the rooms in the suite could be closed off from the other rooms.

The staff was great. Having to trade rooms because of water leak.

I have been sick since I left this room

The breakfast was good.

Pool closed. Rooms in disrepair. Had to move 3 rooms first heat was stuck on and pull-out couch wouldn't close. 2nd room had no hot water or lock on the patio door on 4th floor. 3rd room had to hold toilet handle down to flush anything.

Just what we needed, because our furnace was out. I understand that the property is going through some changes, but the workers made it as pleasant as they could. The property still is beautiful. They’re just changing over to Marriott and all the changes have not been complete completed.!!!!!!!

Very clean! Staff was absolutely incredible and really wanted our stay to be great. Breakfast was delicious! Nothing--excellent place to stay

The staff, breakfast, and the size of the suite. some stains on the carpet and the shower didn't work great

Comfortable entry. Easy to find Wasn’t informed about the pool being out of service. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I have photos ??

Lisa, who was working at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, we booked this stay based on a previous visit and knowing there was a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not working. The kitchen was closed (we checked in a little early at 3pm, and that was for the entire day/night). The bar was also closed (Lisa, who worked the front desk, did offer to make drinks if we did want some since the bartender wasn't there.) There were zero amenities. We were also not offered any type of refund for the lack of amenities that we booked this hotel for. And since we couldn't get a refund (per Expedia's policies) we were unable to rebook a different hotel in the area.

The hotel is dated, and in need of an update. The staff was friendly and helpful, however our room was supposed to have two queen sized beds but they were actually full sized.
-
It was clean The deposit they require is $150 which was more than the cost of my room! And the pool wasn't working which I didn't know when I made this reservation. I would have stayed elsewhere. Also the water in the shower was barely warm.

rooms were unacceptable
