Very good

Basically breakfast was pretty lousy, Rubber eggs and rubber sausages. And white rice?? Well okay but I think grits would have been a better choice. Could have had more fresh fruit for sure there was nothing but some little Macintosh apples wrapped in cellophane. Floors in my room are filthy and the meth heads next door we're arguing him and his girlfriend all night and I could hear him right through my door and then one of them came beating the crap out of either my door or their door I was busy and didn't get up to check. I was tempted to call the cops.

Rooms could be cleaner but not bad for one night

My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Sonesta ES in Auburn Hills MI. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfy and the staff was friendly and accommodating

The staff was very nice and overall it was clean, but we were surprised rooms didn’t get cleaned daily and there were just a few things in the room that didn’t show a lot of attention to detail- blinking clocks, tub with drip. The price was good, but it was just ok for us.

The staff was not very friendly, except the afternoon clerk,the midnight clerk was very unfriendly. She was very how do I say,not very happy to be at her job. There was an incident with something in my room,she gave me wrong information, which made me me very upset. I at home due to having ,3 dog's wear slippers,do I thought I thought it would be be nice to be nice to walk around barefoot in my suite,big mistake, carpetswerr black ,like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. For business travels companies,they are paying too much too stay there

Katie was amazing during our check-in and continued with amazing support during our stay. Very friendly and personable which made us feel welcomed and not as a burden. I’ve told many of my friends how our stay and value of our stay was amazing! I would highly recommend this property. Nothing over the top fancy but checked all the boxes. Thank you Katie and staff for making our stay enjoyable and effortless.

Not having clean toilets put in my room everyday, you have to go to front desk and ask for them.

Super clean hotel and room! Property well kept including landscaping and entertainment areas! Excellent for the price. Would stay again! It is a large hotel so walking is a must.

Something had leaked all over the floor between the room and the living room area,

nothing now I didn't like getting charged double for the room BY THE HOTEL, seriously cant make this shit up. Not to mention the staff just says they'll ask their manager when you ask why you were charged double... I originally removed my review but this is straight up bull ****. I have literally gotten charged double for my stay here. What a scam

The dishes were not clean and there was noticeable stains on the towels and rags, so we didn’t use them. They have one elevator and it’s tiny and old. The building is under construction it seems. But it served its purpose for us last night while the power was out, but i always take my own sheets, pillows, blankets, and face towels so I managed.

The rooms were spacious and cheaper. The staff did not have direction. They were unaware of what room we were staying in, charged us twice and then gave us another wrong room.

Air conditioning working great, clean room location Nothing we would stay again

The staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. When we got to our room, there was crumbs on the table. The air vent in the bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. Not sure if were supposed to request that the room to be cleaned while were gone for the day but they never cleaned it. One last thing, there was a used coffee filter left in the coffee maker in the room. It appeared to possibly have mold on it. That grossed us out.

Location, breakfast, kiddo likes the pool and basketball hoop. Second time staying here and would again. Pool was closed for half of our stay due to rain. I’d understand if it were stormy but just rain lol

The size of our particular room was fantastic. Love having a table and chairs along with the kitchen area.

Excellent place. Friendly staff.
