I will not stay there again. I honestly don’t want to be bothered to detain all the reasons. Toilet is about 2 feet off the floor. I’m exaggerating but you get my drift. If you’re sleeping in the living room on the sofa sleeper you have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Sofa sleeper is extremely uncomfortable. Mattress felt like box springs covered with a mattress pad. No complimentary breakfast. Room was clean though and there was a microwave and small refrigerator.

Additionally, when we got to our room, there was no shower soap in the bathroom. We called the front desk to request some, but it took nearly two hours for it to be delivered. Overall, the property was nice, but the customer service and delayed response to a basic room amenity took away from what could have been a much better stay.

Great hospitality, Great location.

The breakfast groupons offered at time of booking our room seemed to be a great choice. We really enjoyed our breakfast choices and the food was very good.

Clean enough, AC didn’t really work

Beds were comfortable. The door was heavy and slammed. You could hear it from other rooms.

The staff was accommodating while our room was not ready yet. I thought it was a continental breakfast but it was made to order and one of us didn't have time to wait so we skipped it altogether.

I’ve stayed here 5 times and the pool has been out of order everytime. No discount offered ever. I book places with a pool because I want to use it.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. But the carpet Apparently had just been shampooed. It was still wet & the room was very damp. I did not complain because I was exhausted & just wanted to go to sleep. I had to put the heat on high to try & dry up the carpet. Had a difficult time keeping the heat on. The wall paper with all the circles has to go. It is so bad & I thought it would have been replaced by now. The soap & shampoo does not smell good. I would go with a vanilla or coconut scent.

Clean and quiet. Very helpful and welcoming staff. EV charging available. The property is a little old, but the rooms are clean and bathrooms have been updated.

The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it's not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed you will need to find other accommodations for your family pet. But overall it's a great place to stay at.

As a travel agent bringing my clients and friends for an overnight stay for a wedding we were attending, it was altogether disappointing. Allow me to explain the many reasons why. We arrived on schedule and tried to check in at 3 pm, we were told there were NO rooms available. We were told we could change in the lobby bathroom. When we finally were able to check-in around 3:25, we brought all of our stuff to one room because only 1 room was available at that time. All 4 of us were trying to not be in each other’s way, we missed the last shuttle to the wedding venue. When we decided to take our car after having driven 4.5 hours, having missed all of the shuttles, the second room became available. It was a Doubles room (not a King like had been requested) and it was too late to do anything about it then or risk being late for the ceremony with no time to spare. Upon return to our room, there were finger mark stains (picture #1) above one of the beds and there was some sort of faint brown stain (blood? Tea? Coffee? ON the sheets on one of the beds. I would appreciate a full refund for our stay. It was a embarrassing experience overall. Thank you, M.S.G

This was an excellent hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Roxanne, the waitress at breakfast, was so kind to us and so helpful with our toddler daughter, she was VERY APPRECIATED and made our breakfast memorable.

This is an excellent hotel in the Finger Lakes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked the indoor atrium and pool, which was a different look. The one thing I didn’t like were the barn doors on the bathroom. I hate this trend as it makes things very uncomfortable with respect to bathroom privacy (no locks and gaps in the door). Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
