The staff was amazing at this location just that alone would have me go back

The room was not well cared for. Soap ring and hair in the tub. Fake nail and q-tip in the sink drink. Towels were stained/dingy. The refrigerator was not well cleaned to the point of us not wanting to put anything in it. The carpet was stained/not well cleaned. It could be that they are in the process of updating the hotel but this was a poor experience.

I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross.

This place was extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures. I’m honestly not sure how it passes inspection. I would’ve rather slept in my car. Thankfully, I was able to find another hotel up the street, even though it was much more expensive, it was worth it. There were also people hanging around the parking lot who made the property feel unsafe. Definitely read the reviews before booking.

The location was fine, and at least the coffee was hot. Well I don't even know where to start, got in at 11, got our room. Went in and there was hair all in the floor in the bathroom on the towels, the bathtub/jacuzzi that i paid extra for when we got there was filthy. The dude said it was the best room at their place and that it would be 40 extra cash. It was definitely not cleaned after it's last use, there was rat poop in the supposed clean sheets and blood stained on the sheets themselves. The only thing clean was the fridge and microwave in the room carpet smelled and definitely hadn't been vacuum. I dont ever complain about staying anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also got charged for my dogs even though I had my ESA letters with me. I tried to call the front desk noone answered i went to the front to see about getting my room switched no answer after ringing the bell, and Noone came back to the desk. I drove from Louisiana to New York in a matter of 31 hours. We slept on top of the sheets with no covers. After all the ac wasn't even remotely blowing cold. But hey at least there wernt bed bugs.

Nothing Everything
-
Great staff, Himmant was very helpful!
-
Literally nothing Everything. The room wasn’t clean, water damage in bathroom and hallways, windows had what seemed like paint on them, there was food in the freezer before we got there, desk person was rude, smelled like cigarettes.
-
The man checking us in was nice but this was by far the dirtiest place I have stayed in my life! The pictures are either photo shopped or taken somewhere else. Also, I think I smoked more marijuana that was outside my window with the people hanging outside my window talking all night! This place should be closed down!
-
The staff was wonderful. When we checked in our tub needed cleaned, we asked they delivered. I wasn't aware of the homeless issue in the area. Alot of hotels house the homeless which is wonderful but it comes with the expense of people asking for money or yelling at all hours of the night.

The only positive was the staff
-
Do not book here. Pictures are misleading. Room was not clean. Window had a board holding it. Unsafe with all the druggies around. He couldn't get any keys to work so he had to use the master key only. Never ended up staying there. Holiday Inn was wayyyy better!!!
-
When I got there Oscar was very helpful get me into my room.
-
This place is so nasty please don’t ever stay here.
-
Place is very dated and dirty. Many people that look like druggies hang out and live on the premises. I guess you get what you pay for unfortunately.
-
The place was totally disgusting. The rooms were filthy and stunk. I actually found another place to stay because I really did not feel safe in the place.
