This was one of the worst and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so bad we left after 4hrs of being there. The hallway smelled like smoke, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom had mold, the lamp bar above the bed had dead roaches in it. The longer we stayed in the room the more I felt sick. Finally I couldn't deal with it anymore and went to the front desk to see if we could be switched to another room and no one was working the desk at 6:30pm. I tried calling and nothing, so we tossed the keycard in the basket and left. Total waste of time and money, we ended up sleeping in the car.

When I arrived the lobby was locked which should have been a clue. To check in the receptionist was on a computer screen and I had to scan my id on the computer to get in. They also had no mention that there was a 100 dollar security deposit, which I haven’t received back yet.

Not so good: Bed sagged in middle and mattress was not very comfortable. In addition, party next door left their TV on ALL Night - some talk show apparently. Initially we thought 2 people were talking late into the night, but we woke up a few times hearing the same noise. By the time we realized what was going on, the night was over. Four days later, I find that the hotel charged us $4.64, even though we had prepaid the room through Expedia. Have no idea what that was for, because we didn't order or charge anything. We won't stay there again.

No human to check you in and only 1 washer with 1 dryer. Also a crazy woman outside on our third night screaming so the police were here. That said the room was comfortable and clean.

The coffee spot needs attention the coffee was terrible. I never seen creamer in that type of jar or sugar in the lobby. I am not a complainer but this needs attention. Other that that I wasn't there much and checked out the night before my check out. The mirrors in the rooms are too much my husband was very uncomfortable because of the whole wall a mirror. I asked for a different room I was told all the rooms are the same. I pray I get my deposit as we weren't really there.

Accessibility. No ramps, uneven walking surfaces outside. General cleanliness of facility entrance
-
Location, comfort, cleanliness, and price Some sidewalks are not OK. Some steps are crack crack and you can see dirtiness in the stairs area

Close to Skaneateles Clean

The hotel room itself was clean, and you could tell housekeeping does well, but the property and hotel is extremely dated, and smelled of stale smoke. The halls could be a little sketchy at times. Check-in utilizes a virtual check in assistant, which was different than I’m used to. Location was good, close to busy roads and downtown!

There is no on site staff.

Hidden fees, virtual check in, no front desk staff, trash all over the outside, bathroom needs maintenance. Left a day early.

Parking was great. Very pet friendly. Staff was very polite, efficient, courteous. Property could use some small cosmetic repairs but overall nice property

Overall a clean, nice stay but nothing special. My primary complaints were that the room smelled very musty when I first walked in. I got used to it and so could live with it. The other issue is that that receiver box for the TV is located BEHIND the TV. Which means that remotes don't work when you point it AT the TV. You have to lean AROUND THE SIDE for the receiver to pick up the signal from the remote, making something like changing the channel a challenge. But the staff was nice and the hotel is centrally located so you can walk to the restaraunts and pubs. Definitely take the walk and check out Moondog Lounge. Great live music!

There were 6 EV level 2 chargers available for $0.30 per kWh. Short walk to town center with a small Wegmans. Would consider staying there again.
