Exceptional

The room was amazing and spacious! Our door got stuck constantly. I told the front desk and they assured me that maintenance would take a look at it while we were there, but it never happened. The handle had to be moved down and then up, followed by a bodyslam into the door-and it didnt always work the first time.

The rooms were outdated and needed some tlc. The first day there the toilet overflowed. The second day the shower broke. Now the staff did handle each situation quickly and also modified our bill so I have no complaints on that end.

The room had not been vacuumed when we checked in. The linens were missing for the pull out bed. The toilet ran continuously until i ended up fixing it, no maintenence on night shift. The A/C turned off or reset during the day which left us with an 80+ degree room when we returned to the room every day. The A/C itself was incredibly weak, taking hours to cool the room to a reasonable temperature with very little air flow. The "kitchen" had no oven and one of the bathroom sinks drained unreasonably slow.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. I booked for 2 day stay for my son birthday. I called that morning and asked if I could do an early check in the person on the other end stated that they was unsure and to call back after 12p. I arrived at 2:15p 45 min early then normal check in. The older guy working the front desk made me aware that I could not check in until 3p which was fine with me. After I checked in at 3p myself and the children that I had with me went to the pool. Before we went to the pool a young lady at the desk stated that the children will need waist band to get in the pool and she provided me with the bands for each child. While the children were in the pool there band came off which as they fell off they brought them to me and I sat them on the table that I was sitting at. The older man that I had spoke to early that day that was doing check in came out to the pool area and ask does all the children have waist bands I stated yes but some of them the bands had came off this man seemed agitated and said well who ever doesn’t have on band have to go and I will call the cops then proceed to walk away and stand near the pool door enter. I just doing understand why he said that he was calling the cops. I will be calling corp.

Perfectly located ! It was especially great for families and the rooms were quiet you could not hear any children and we were above the pool area! The toilet paper was awful!

Very good

The only thing positive about this property was its location. This property was filthy dirty. Our unit was a kitchenette and after loading in our grocery’s, we noticed roaches in the cabinets. Had to throw away at least $100 in food. Served the same breakfast all 5 morning of our stay. Breakfast burritos. Photos below show the dirty furniture with the spots i cleaned to show it’s not stain, just filth! And the roach in the cabinets

Nicely situated among historical places, the huge King of Prussia mall, farmer's markets. Nice staff, good sized rooms, very good breakfast. Would stay there again.

The room was big and clean, breakfast was ok.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very nice, but my room smelled like dog. I had a double room and as soon as you open the door, we were hit with the smell of wet dog. There weren’t any other rooms available to stay in because the only room they had available was a king suite, but it was 4 of us staying there. The staff tried to rectify the problem by spraying the room out, but the smell was imbedded in the carpet and the curtains.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Will be coming again in the future.
