Every thing was good from breakfast to dinner.

It was ok. No complaints but no accolades.

I liked the lobby and how they had games. We forgot to bring games and we were able to grab a game from the lobby and have family fun! We didn’t really have any complaints about the property!

The staff were wonderful everything was really clean. The pool was nice. I used it twice. They stocked towels, the outdoor and indoor lounge areas for work very welcoming great stay!

I got maybe 4 hours sleep the first night the mattress was shot! Called desk at 7am to complain moved to another room mattress was a little better but not much. Gave okay because Faith at the desk did everything in her power to make the best of a bad situation. She spoke to her manager who said she would call me “sometime “ when she made her rounds. Never got a call. Also the toilet was backed up in the 1st room sent a plunger to the room. Second room had issue with drainage. Would never say here again because of mattress. Was told next year they plan renovations staring with 5th floor and working their way down. This facility should think about putting Faith at the front desk in management! Thank you Faith for your outstanding customer service!!!

Room size was good. Having kitchen and utensils are plus point. Staff were good. Bed mattresses were not good as they seem old and can feel the bottom when lay down. Overall good stay!

Had all them amenities we wanted and close to the attractions we were going to. Great location and price.

Breakfast is really simple and tasted bland. Our room was very humid and the furniture was really old. And stained.

This was a lovely place to spend the night, though I learned from the front desk staff that some folks have been at their suites for more than a year! The staff was very friendly and clearly liked and appreciated each other.

Our door got stuck constantly. I told the front desk and they assured me that maintenance would take a look at it while we were there, but it never happened. The handle had to be moved down and then up, followed by a bodyslam into the door-and it didnt always work the first time.

The rooms were outdated and needed some tlc. The first day there the toilet overflowed. The second day the shower broke. Now the staff did handle each situation quickly and also modified our bill so I have no complaints on that end.

The room had not been vacuumed when we checked in. The linens were missing for the pull out bed. The toilet ran continuously until i ended up fixing it, no maintenence on night shift. The A/C turned off or reset during the day which left us with an 80+ degree room when we returned to the room every day. The A/C itself was incredibly weak, taking hours to cool the room to a reasonable temperature with very little air flow. The "kitchen" had no oven and one of the bathroom sinks drained unreasonably slow.
