The front desk is always helpful and accommodating. They always send texts to see if there is anything they can do to make me experience a wonderful stay. The rooms are always clean and supplies stocked up in the rooms.

This venue was not our original location we were planning to stay at, but it ended up being the one we enjoyed the most. Highly recommend. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, great breakfast, and convenient parking.

Breakfast was decent, hotel and room was clean, only negative thing was that the pool water was so chlorinated it was murky. We only stayed 1 night, 2 adults, 2 kids. Hotel was close to many restaurants and a Wawa. Ordered DoorDash from Cheesecake Factory. Check in and check out staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

5 stars across the board with one exception -- the water pressure on the shower head in two different rooms was less than I prefer.

Good bang for your buck, located in a nice area with good dining options.

The hotel was easy to find and there were so many different food options right next door! There was even a Walmart and Home Depot just down the street. The staff were friendly for check-in and check-out, and the room was really nice. Everything felt clean and inviting. Would highly recommend, as I would use their services again.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff, the cleanliness, the hotel location was close to food and shopping, the lobby area was great for relaxing and children entertainment. I like that the pictures online matched the actual. Nothing noteworthy to note.

This was unlike any hotel stay we've ever booked. No chairs or couches in the rooms to relax in, only an office chair and a bed. That's it! Not a good place for seniors to rest after traveling and/ or a full day with children and grandchildren. TRU hotels are not for us!

Nothing bc we never got to stay because you and the hotel screwed us over royally. I didn’t like that they approved us to change our reservation and then when we got there they had no room for us bc they said we were a no show.

The location is ideal. There are plenty of places to eat at as well as shopping within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
