Chateau Suites

We booked a queen suite inside the chateau but ended up with a room along side the property and the room was filled with fleas. I will never book a room there again. I am completely unhappy and had to put out extra money because of the fleas Please see above statements

The hair dryer was broken and there was no one there to tell. There was only a thin blanket on the bed and no spare available. The morning I went to check out and the desk clerk was late arriving, causing another guest to be locked out of the office (he had left his key in his room).

READ THE REVIEWS! this place looks nothing like the pictures! Our room had a bed, a small nightstand and a tiny desk. No couch no clothes hangers. One small towel for 2 people. We had to as for more. There was some sort of party or wedding going on well into the early hours of the next morning that was so loud it was like I was in the hall. People screaming in the hallway. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows were so thin I had to put them on top of my bag to get decent sleep. I ended up leaving a day early because the situation was so ridiculous.

Everything was terrible. I don’t recommend it at all.

It was very clean, homey, and spacious but there were not enough amenities. We were only there for 2 nights and had to ask for more towels. Hand soap was also not supplied. The mini fridge, microwave, and mini fridge were nice, but I wish more towels and toiletries were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The place smell like damp oder, smoke, and smell like pot. The floor had warp, pulled apart, dirty and grime throughout the place. The cleanliness was very poor. Wiping the place and not scrubbing the layers of dirt is not considered clean. The vanity in both rooms that I had to switch because of the disaster in the first room were either broken or the sink was broken. The mattress in the first room was not the proper size and look like they made a crib mattress into a full size. The linen and comforter is what they give the troops in boot camp, bad quality. I put a not disturb sign on the door and a staff walked into the room, luckily I didnt leave my kids by themselves if something would of happen. On the first day of getting to my room, there were people walking by tweaking in the middle of the parking lot. This place is in a great location with many amenities .

Not to be rude but I think it has bed bugs

The upside was that the tv worked and the soaking tub had great hot water. You can see the tv from the tub which was nice. I don’t think we will be back. I would never recommend staying there to anyone.
