Big room, friendly check in Got bug bites all over me. Stayed 3 nights. Got worse as the nights went on

Place was fine for the price, staff were nice and helpful, and the place was close to where I needed to be. But the rooms felt like they hadn’t been touched up in year. Good for the price they are asking for.

Horrid. Everything there is disgustingly bad

More of a motel but was nice. Rooms are connected straight to the outside from the room (you open up your door into the parking lot). Quiet besides a large wedding party, but we were out late so we didn't care much. Front desk took a little while to reach us because no one was there BUT you call a number and the guy came right in. Ample parking, decent area, and Wawa and Popeyes next door. Would stay again.

Location Not enough towels

What breakfast? There was nothing available anywhere. Everything about it. In 50 years of travel it ranks as one of the worst.

Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.

Dirty and worn out motel, not hotel, atmosphere. Poor smell. Very disappointed! Pictures are NOT even close to reality.

Staff was okay, simple check-in and location is good. Room was bad. Clean bed and towels, bud sheets looked like used or not ironed. Color was not chosen wisely - beige looked like old at first sight. Walls were dirty, like unfinished after some repairs. It’s a non smoking facility, but everyone seemed smoking marihuana everywhere.

My guess says that the room smells cigarette and the mattress was too short

The went to check in and my room was given away to another guest. The clerk/manager told me the person had the same name so he didnt need identification. Towels and wash clothes were dirty and he never accommodated my 2nd room. The only good thing is the option was pay at the property. Very horrible customer service.

Bed was really hard toilet was running out the bathroom into the rm cops was around there so when that happens it doesn't make you feel safe tv didn't work properly like it was one of the toughest nights I have had in a very long time an I dont write negative comments but I really have to be honest about this property

Location The room smelled bad, the sheets looked dirty, and we woke up itching because of the pillows. We decided not to stay for the second night, which we had already paid for.

There did not seem to be bed bugs is the absolute best thing I can say about this developing country level hotel. It was really bad- from the springs I could feel in my back from the mattress, to weird unmatched chair in the far corner with stains. I was so happy to not have asecond night in this place. Nothing. There were no covers- only bed sheets. One of the pillows smelled bad. I regreted staying here. They were hosting a HUGE birthday party that ended at 3 am; DJ, party goers being super loud in the hallway, children running up and down the hallway at 1 am. If the bed was hard to sleep on, the music-noise-revelers made it worse.

NO hangers, dresser, coffee maker (had to go buy one as there is not even a guest area with one), and only one end table on side of the bed. Had 2 small towels and 1 hand towel. Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths. A lamp was the bath light which left us with little light and only 1 plug in bathroom. The tub was seperate but had a distinct dirty ring in it, so we didn't use it. The walls were dirty as well, and the tile floor was pretty but had our feet literally black after just a few minutes of walking around. I had to continuously pop advil for the back pain from the extremely uncomfortable bed. Only 2 small, flat pillows. The hotel is actually on the side of the building in the pictures. NOTHING matched the pictures in the ad. NOTHING. Oh, there is a friendly homeless man living behind the building. He was nice and polite. Only 2 employees. The check-in man (8am-6pm, so don't need anything any other time) and a cleaning lady who doesn't speak any English, who doesn't have towels either. Shower was large, and upgraded which was great.

Very nice ambiance but the party going on in the hall was very loud till 1 am the bed was very uncomfortable an we had to clean the hottub ourselves an our check in was 3 pm an we couldn’t get in our room till 430 no wash clothes just towels that would work for kids we actually ended up leaving at 1 cause we where not sure if the party was gonna end an room def smelled like cigarette smoke with lots of signs saying no smoking really nice bathroom tho

Convenient to Collegetown & Ursinus College

The pictures on the site are not accurate. We had no towels and when we asked for some they brought us a bath rug. The light in the room did not work which was a tall lamp so they brought us a new one it literally lit up a small spot on the ceiling and the toilet was clogged. They never did fix that. We turned on the air and OMG the smell we could not handle it. It was sooooooo bad. I’ve stayed in some shady places never left until this one. Bad so bad.

The room smelled of mildew and mold with a bleach coverup. We got a refund on the room.
