The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with safe transportation to the hotel when our flight was delayed until 2 am ! The hotel is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet. The staff continued to assist us with our rental car and any other issue that arose with our trip plans. Wonderful experience with a hotel staff.

AMAZING STAFF - So kind and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous. The problem is that we were staying in a suite, and those are allllll the way back in an old and not as well-maintained part of the building. It was like a maze getting to and from it, and the rooms were old and sparse with items that didn't work. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door with a huge gap so you could see and hear everything, and it didn't lock. The extra bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows. No bathroom amenities. The refridgerator door didn't seal. If it hadn't been late when we arrived, and if we hadn't been leaving early am, I would have left. That's how bad it was. If you're looking for a suite, don't let the pictures of the beautiful hotel fool you! The staff, however, were wonderful and very helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic! Staff was super friendly & helpful. Floor in room was not throughly cleaned. Found a dead bug & several dust bunnies. But overall room was nicely cleaned. I’m just a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness.
