It’s was a great place for an overnight stay

The location. Breakfast is wonderful. The man at the customer service desk ( sorry I can't remember his name) is delightful and helpful. The $50 deposit because I used a third party booking.

Location When we walked in there were dead bugs on the floor. Sat on the bed sounded like sheet metal buckling. I was there to take my nclex I couldn't sleep. There was a fight during the nite in another room. And we were in room 119 right at the exit door and it slammed all nite

When I went to check out I did speak with the General Manager and she was very apologetic and offered to comp one of my nights there. Unfortunately, I had booked through Expedia so she could not refund one night. She offered me a free night to make up for it.

Great location Breakfast was Amazing!! Staff was very friendly and courteous Very Convenient if going to Downtown Concerts at Miller Theater.

Very convenient and easy to access local downtown areas within walking distance. Everything was good I can’t complain

Room was clean but property was run down. Pool was green and out of order, took a cold shower and the pancake maker was broke for 3 days.

Our room was not cleaned at all. The bathtub was dirty or stained. My cousin left a tissue in the bed- not intentionally. The bed was made, but the Kleenex was under the sheet. The body wash was not refilled. Pancake machine not working. Mattresses were squeaky. Pool was filthy and not in use. Light in walk-in closet did not work. Smell in hallways. A/c worked very well. Water not hot enough.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. The staff was very nice.

Clean, clean clean! Rooms large and well appointed. Staff amazing - breakfast great - pool great too Don't change a thing = we will stay here again!

Nothing we didn't stay It wasn't clean - they didn't have a crib- the one they had was dirty and they didn't have a mattress- there was a guy jumping the fence to where the secure lot was with the cars.

Old property, my bathroom tub had a horrible stain. We were told by the staff it was as clean as it will get. We took wash up all stay. I guess you get what pay for .

Location Beds had Urine stains we did not stay and I’m very upset with booking.com for not refunding my money and that you all value a dollar over customer satisfaction I don’t think I’ll use your services anymore

My family always stay at Holiday Inn Express Augusta whenever we’re visiting family in Beech Island. The location is clean. Every Team member always greet you with a smile and offer assistance if needed. Great experience every time.
