Holiday Inn Express Augusta Downtown by IHG

Great location and great breakfast. Staff were all very nice and helpful despite being obviously short handed.

The surrounding too old.

The location was close to the vendors. Lots of construction going on but it’s going to be beautiful location

My reservation was for 2 nights. We ended up checking out a day early. We only stayed 1 night. The young man at the desk told me that he had me checked out. After inquiring about refunding me for the extra night, the general manager told me that I should have checked out and there was no way to confirm that I checked out early. I never heard anything else from them. There are cameras that could have confirmed this. The dismissal was disappointing.

Excellent Customer Service, clean rooms. Light out in bathroom.

Cleanliness Breakfast. Beds. Staff didn’t even attempt to see if a room was open until 3 on the dot.

Customer service I didn’t like the parking because it wasn’t big enough. The parking lot should be bigger and more than one way to get in and out

I liked everything Mattress was not to my liking but I like soft matteresses

Breakfast was usual items, it was good but I like bacon better than sausage staff were friendly but it would have speeded up check in if two people were working the desk. I didn't use pool, but it look clean (outside) Parking was in a gated lot the fence needs some repain in places.

The hotel was clean and newly remodeled, and when an issue with the toilet flushing arose, it was fixed immediately. The staff was very helpful and provided a toiletry item when I left it at home. The bed was a little creaky, but very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

No, trash bag liners in the trash cans. Coffee maker to high for me to see the top. Had to take it down & into another part of make coffee. Did not like the style of shade used on for the window for a ground floor room.

Nice place

Comfortable rooms but not a new property. The room was clean but lacked a carpets. Ammenities are decent. I had some small issues with my room and had some noise issues during one of the nights. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

It is a good place to stay in Augusta. Very welcoming staff, nice breakfast, good location
