Great hotel. Very clean and the staff was accommodating. Roof top bar was wonderful.

It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. street parking is convenient and free. Rooftop bar is really nice to hang out at.. Downtown is undergoing lots of construction which makes things a bit of a mess right now. Night time traffic was loud. (loud motor bikes)

Location, but the downtown construction is a hot mess! Have to check in to get a pass to get into the parking deck - a serious problem when it is pouring rain.

The hotel was clean, staff was wonderful, the food was good and it has a wonderful rooftop lounge that has a beautiful view and great drinks. Also in walking distance from a variety of different restaurants, lounges, coffee shops

The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is the o ly reason we did 4 stars. It was terrible.

Omletes and breakfast options were some of the best I have seen at a Hyatt House. The hotel lobby and eating area was updated and very clean. The staff were excellent and so kind. The bathroom floors appeared worn out and dirty in our room.

The customer service was truly excellent. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The property was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Our stay provided exactly the comfort and ease my family and I needed while navigating our bereavement. I am sincerely grateful for the kindness and hospitality shown to us. Hyatt House Augusta helped make a very emotional time feel a little lighter, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Augusta area.

The downtown area is under a lot of construction so wasn’t really a nice area no fault of the hotels of course. Had issues with the bathroom door, like someone had ripped it off the hinges and you couldn’t open it all the way. The shower didn’t drain well. But the room was super clean and very nice. I would stay at another Hyatt in a different area. Augusta just has nothing to offer.
