My stay was great as I was dealing with my husband in the hospital. The staff were helpful as I had to keep rebooking based on his stay at the hospital
-
It was clean and comfortable. Old bedspreads on the beds. I don't know if they wash me at all or not. But everything else looked decent.

Good

The bed was so comfortable with beautiful bed sheets too. They don't clean rooms
-
The room was non-smoking but smelled of stale smoke. The welcome desk and lobby was behind locked doors during check in and check out so if there were amenities they could not be access by the guests. $100 cleaning fee was charged and had to call for refund.

Cleaning products smell too strong , bed covers not washed at all

The room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work well; I woke up sweating both nights.

For the price, it was as expected. The room seemed clean, updated and everything worked. The staff were very friendly. I only had coffee in the morning, which was actually pretty good.
