Would not recommend. I would not stay here again

breakfast was terrible everyone was complaining. sausage and whatever egg was served the enter of my stay. I complained and the receptionist was like this is all we serve and they don't have anything else. the only thing that was good was the waffles. sausage was over microwaved , it was so hard that we refused to eat it and l brought the receptionist attention but nothing was done about it. the entire breakfast during my stay. people were complaining as well. the breakfast was terrible, sausage, and l can't tell if the eggs were fried for what. and that was the only thing we ask had for breakfast for the whole almost seven days. l asked the receptionist and she said that's all that they serve. and those sausage and whatever egg fried was not enough for everyone there, people were standing and waiting for the food. the sausage came and it was over microwaved it was so hard that we couldn't eat it l let the receptionist aware of it and of course nothing was gone. as were siting down eating, receptionist came to starts putting off the light. I told her to put the light back on and she said "breakfast ends at 9". and l was like even if people are still eating? this is terrible. and the hotel needs to let give the stuff some training under management and hospitality.

Price and Room Size

Ladies at front desk were very nice. Room had mildew smell, no ventilation in bathroom creating excessive moisture and ac unit was not cooling properly.

The price was good and the room was clean Breakfast was ok but the pool was not open and it was 90 degrees staff was very nice

Room never did come off, even after turning down the temperature.

There was a foul smell that lingered in the air The clerk at the front desk collected my card, then a few days later a fraudulent charge ( not associated with the hotel ) popped up in my transactions and it was authorized the same day I checked in!

Very friendly staff and it was a super clean facility. I think the building may be new(er) but they keep it spotless. Only negative for us was the overuse of aromatics. Some people have extreme breathing problems (we both do) and the use of scents was over the top for us. It can literally mean a hospital stay or worse for some people so I wish they would consider that before use.

When I ordered DoorDash I set it to meet at my door but the staff refused to let them up to my room then when I went to take a shower I found mold in the bath tub

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient due to its close proximity to Fort Gordon. It worked perfectly for our short stay, and we would consider staying here again if we’re in the area.

The room had a smell to it. I bought a can of air freshener to take care of that. The breakfast menu was average. Some type of eggs, cereal, muffins, etc,. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Little things were not done. Freezer needed defrosting. No towell racks in the bathroom
