Nothing/Terrible but (Priscilla) The first room we were given the AC wasn’t working. There was also hair on the bedsheets. Second room, the bathroom light made a awful loud sound & we couldn’t use it at all because of it. Understand it’s not a 5 star hotel but everyone deserves to at least have a cleanly room with working AC & lights. Front Desk lady I believe her name was Priscilla, she apologized for the trouble and was very kind and did her best to make our stay as good as it could get. Shoutout to her.

The hotel smells like a mixture of cigarettes and weed (although they claim no smoking is allowed). The power went out for an entire day, and not once did the staff communicate with us, in regards to a resolution or provide any reassurance that we’d be okay. I had food in the fridge for my toddler, that I had to throw out. I became sick from heat exhaustion…and there was no wifi. This was the worst experience of my life, staying at a hotel. I could say more, but I’ll reserve my opinion for the manager of the facility.

Not a damn thing!! and when I tried to cancel and get my refund, there was no one at the front desk… Booking has tried to reach out to them, as well as myself for three days in a row yet to receive a call back or for anyone to answer the phone or respond to the emails The floor in my room felt sticky the faucet stripped all night and both the sink and the bathroom… The hotel staff is down near nonexistent and if they are there, you have no idea where they are… No one else is the phone ever!!
