Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Augusta-Washington Rd

Our stay here was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC Unit was loud and was blowing next to the bed all night( that is the only complaint). The staff was very friendly. Gave great restaurant recommendations. They also let us keep our luggage at the hotel while we went to our son’s graduation. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clean, well-maintained, with an excellent breakfast. The only disappointment was the loud voices in the hallway that disturbed our sleep until after midnight. Complaints went unheeded.

First time i take a vacation in over 10 years, get there Thursday at 3pm and pool was unavailable till day I left which was Monday, 5 days no pool, no heads up or even a discount offered,

The staff was very kind and helpful. The in-wall A/C unit in my room was leaking and had caused damage to the flooring. I reported the issue, but I could tell it had been an ongoing issue, as the flooring had previously been removed from underneath the unit and a block of wood that was under the unit for stabilization was saturated. I do appreciate that the coffee is brewed and available earlier than the breakfast, as I had to leave the hotel prior to breakfast service most days I was at the hotel.
