Everything was better than expected. The room was clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice.

First time i take a vacation in over 10 years, get there Thursday at 3pm and pool was unavailable till day I left which was Monday, 5 days no pool, no heads up or even a discount offered,

The staff was very kind and helpful. The in-wall A/C unit in my room was leaking and had caused damage to the flooring. I reported the issue, but I could tell it had been an ongoing issue, as the flooring had previously been removed from underneath the unit and a block of wood that was under the unit for stabilization was saturated. I do appreciate that the coffee is brewed and available earlier than the breakfast, as I had to leave the hotel prior to breakfast service most days I was at the hotel.

The staff was ok not very nice, when I checked in they didn’t know about my late check in after I had called them 2 days before and they told me it would be $40. The housekeeping staff came knocking on my door at 11:00 and told her I had a late checkout and I had $45 last night she tried to tell me it was $75 and gentleman told her it was $45 and he said ok you are good.

Great stay with clean, spacious room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds and common areas are nice and well maintained. I also used the fitness center while there and it was very well equipped with multiple nice cardio machines including a peloton.

The hotel was rated highly by others who booked with Expedia; however, this property seemed run down and in need of renovation. The room was spacious; however, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet was loose and/or broken as it would rock back and forth when yoh sat down on the toilet. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. My wife found toenail clippings on the floor of the bedroom. The toilet would run for about 35 minutes when it was flushed. The neighborhood surrounding this property was not good at all. It looked very run down and contributed to the overall poor feel of this hotel. The staff that checked us in was great and very helpful.

Our go to hotel when coming to visit our son at DCG. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast.
