Very good

Cleanliness of the property and the staff, courteous and helpful. If I had to be picky about something, it would be the continental breakfast food, choices, and quality of the food we’re not that good.

Excellent location

I’m checking to check out. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous the rooms were clean and well maintained. We were only staying for the weekend but we both agreed that we will come back and stay longer because it was just that nice and I must say that out of all of the hotels that I’ve been to recently this one has the best breakfast lots of items to choose from and everything was very delicious. The location is great as well. It didn’t take us long at all to get to the museums that we came here to visit. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be looking again.

The room was good and everything else was good. The breakfast was free but we decided to go somewhere else and pay.

Good place to stay but no phone number on website, AC in room was difficult to control leading to less than desirable room temperature and use of laundry machines required too much technology to be without difficulty. Nice staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Truly exceptional all around! The staff are all very pleasant and genuinely appear to be happy (front desk, breakfast servers, and housekeeping). They work very hard to ensure the guests and the facility are well-taken care of during their stay. Our room was fresh and appeared brand new (among the cleanest hotel rooms in which we've stayed)! Breakfast tasty (many options)! Outstanding experience (with no complaints or recommendations for improvement)!

Computer system was down when we checked in. Got called after I had changed and was ready for bed to bring my cc down instead of waiting until the am. It was almost 10 pm
