Computer system was down when we checked in. Got called after I had changed and was ready for bed to bring my cc down instead of waiting until the am. It was almost 10 pm

Every employee was so kind and professional. Special shout out to Ms Yolanda who was dealing with a down system when we came to check in and was still kind and professional. The hot food was so fun and high quality and I loved having a full sized fridge. I only ask maybe think about more sturdy pillows.

Beds very clean & comfortable and sofa sleeper was as comfortable. Continental breakfast was great. Meeting staff here and there coming and going they were very friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be staying at your accommodations again. We also got an hour late check out with no additional fees! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Everything was as it should. . . would definitely recommend this hotel property.

Staff were all very friendly but especially liked Yolanda at front desk and breakfast lady on morning of jun 20, 21, and 22. Always a big smile on her face. Rooms were clean but nobody attempted to come and switch towels or pick up trash like the reminder in the rooms say that every other day this will get done. I did manage to switch towels and get a roll of toilet paper while cleaning lady was cleaning room next to ours. When I asked if our room was next she said no. What do you need? We were there from Friday Jun 19th and checked out Wednesday June 24th. I did enjoy the suite we had.

Clean and friendly hotel in safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants near by

The location was perfect for us. Just under 10 minutes to AU Summerville campus. Breakfast was good and included sandwiches, eggs, sausage and other staples of a continental breakfast like waffles and choice of cereals, some fruits. The hotel grounds are clean and well kept with a nice sitting area outside. The pool was closed...

Everything was amazing! Staff was great. cleanliness was on point. The bed didn't have enough room between the bed and air conditioner to walk.

Our room has a kitchen sink and utensils.

Everyone was super friendly Pool was murky and not clean.

The room and whole hotel smells like you are stuck inside a Fabreeze bottle. Walls are thin so lots of noise from adjacent rooms.

But the room was clean and the area felt safe. So, overall, it was more good than bad.

We had a lovely stay. The room and amenities were excellent and it was great having a kitchenette. We were so comfortable that we actually wished our stay was longer. 😁
