The overall stay was WONDERFUL!!!!

The room was kind of a dumb for a Hyatt, broken furniture rugs stick it up in the air they only changed my towels twice in 2 weeks and came in to clean once. The staff was great aren't you at the front desk was wonderful and so were the two Ashley's at the bar.

Beautiful view I was asked so many times if I wanted to check out hours before it was even time. Eventually just had to use the side door to go outside to avoid the front desk

This was a good hotel for our Labor Day trip. The location felt safe and we were close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly. The hotel room was very clean with comfy beds! We did have an incident where someone sounded belligerently drunk awaken us with loud talk in the hallway at 3AM. But other than that it was okay.

The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/ textured safety bars in the showers - even in the handicapped rooms.

Seem that they were doing a remodel. 2 lamps in my room did not have shades on them and bathroom mirror had some cracks around the edges. Breakfast was okay.

Outstanding staff. Shower floor slipery and smooth grab bar akso not safe. The lack of shower safety features seems to be a thing throughout the hotel industry. Us disabled veterans just suck-it-up.
