We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, so we could enjoy the swim in the heat of the summer. If we had known the pool wasn't ready to use, we would have booked somewhere else. We were never informed it would be unavailable. Is there anything the hotel can do to make this right? Thank you.

They have a good breakfast although I was always late and would not enjoy it much. The cleaning ladies were pleasant and very helpful. Gil of Boston

I will be staying here every time I come home to Augusta. It’s convenient to 1-20 west and it was really nice. They were upgrading and painting when we arrived and cleaning the outside. I loved to see that. Let’s me know they are up innit the place looks rather new so this must me a maintenance routine. Wonderful.

I also think guests should be notified in advance if the property is undergoing renovations. It would have been helpful to know about the construction before arriving so I could set my expectations accordingly. With better communication and attention to maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary water bottles and cookies. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was decent. The late check out at 12:00 was nice to have, even though we were unable to use it. N/A

Love the location, staff and great continental breakfast Overall, the property was was good. However, I did experience some issues with the room when I first checked in. The room was door was wide open, possibly due to the construction that was on site. However, the customer service at the front desk was super kind and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and escorted me to another room. The new room was still dusty from the construction.

At the time of my stay they were still remodeling. They have always been clean and staff very respectful and helpful. I am 100% certain when the remodel is finished they will be the best stay in Augusta. Love the view from the patio.

Clean room and great location.
-
room comfortable the way construction was handled, we didn't see that it was under major construction because we didn't look at their website. (Which is what the front desk person told us that we should have done.

Negative: the pool was closed and we really could have used a dip on the pool. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pancakes and breads. We were very happy with Nikita and Hyatt

The front desk person was very nice and welcoming. The room was hot when we first arrived. The thermostat was worked on but by maintenance However it fell off and didn’t work again for the rest of the night. It was late when we returned and noticed it was working again. The front desk person brought us two fans while one was a blower. Of course it was loud and the regular fan did not work. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well at all.

Quick trip. The hotel was perfect for our purposes. Clean. Quiet.

The tvs are old and their cable went in and out so bad we had to buy a fire stick just to watch tv. We were in a transition period before moving to my new apartment and I usually wish I could stay in a hotel longer but this time I couldn’t wait to leave. The kitchen staff was rude. They were low on eggs and when I asked them if they were going to bring more out she didn’t even make I contact with me, looked at the scraps of eggs, and replied “there’s some eggs in the there”. I had DO NOT DISTURB on my door and the fire department still knocked on my door wanting to “see if I had a fire detector in the room”. I didn’t. The floors had dust and hair on them when I checked in that wasn’t mine. I hate hair especially in the bathroom man. And lastly the construction left white specs of the ceiling all over my clothes because of the construction banging against the wall. So disappointing when I thought I was avoiding half-baked services.

There was a lot of construction equipment just sitting in the lobby and the carpet had trash in several places. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The property is currently under renovation and the pool and gym are closed. Dining area and bar are nice.
