My Place Hotel Augusta GA

Room clean, staff friendly, everything seems very new and fresh. Room quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was made but when I pulled back the sheet their was blood on the sheets and brown spots.

Everything about this place could not be more suitable for me and I'm sure many other working class adults. My Place has everything you need and nothing you don't. You need a snack? No problem, with an on-site convenience store that carries all the essentials, you'd be hard pressed not to find something to satisfy your craving. I love My Place Zilch

Felt like this place was brand new. Excellent amenities, full fridge and small kitchen in the room which was unexpected. Clean, well kept, comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here in the future if we travel this way.

As always the great customer service and friendly staff. Its very close and convenient to my place of work and its not expensive like you would think being that it is an extended stay. When you take one step into My Place Augusta its like taking a step into one of those super expensive hotels in New York. Absolutely nothing

The rooms were extremely clean ! Nothing honestly!

Augusta has a lot of bad hotels, but my experience with this one is good. It was clean and I didn't experience creepy people or bad odors. The mattress was comfortable. The staff is kind. This is a great place for people who like to prepare their own meals. My room had a kitchenette with microwave, burner, kitchen sink, and large fridge. There's a grill outside too. My only complaint was the HVAC system right outside my window. I was in Room # 113. I wear earplugs while sleeping, but the HVAC was still very loud and it turns on and off all night.

It was very clean and well kept. Not very visible. I missed it,so had to loop around.

It was fresh and clean and located centrally to everything we could need in Augusta Everything was great.

Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.

When we checked in, we were mistakenly given someone else’s room key. My husband and I walked into an occupied room… we had to walk back down to tell staff about the mistake. We aren’t very happy about it. The staff on duty didn’t really seem apologetic about it, which we don’t appreciate.

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful even making us fresh coffee in the evening. Parking was very easy and we were close to the highway, restaurants and gas stations.
