Tru By Hilton Augusta Washington Road

Room was big and bed was comfortable, my only complaint was the bathroom, there was a used towel hanging on the hook behind the door, and the body wash was empty in the shower, and the shower door would not stay closed, it kept sliding open. But I would still stay here again, as the location is great!

It was nice and clean but very minimalist.

Great location, attentive staff

Facilities and room were clean. Breakfast was nice and the game areas were a surprising extra.

I love the Tru hotel always wanted to stay there. IT was nice but I just didnt like the things below, plus very inconvenient not to have microwaves in the room. There was no body was in the room it was only hand soap. I always bring mine but what is i had not. I found a few hairs on the towels. The front desk staff was great kitchen guy or breakfast gut not so great . Had a issue with the pancake maker and he was very snappy with me.

I love how fast the check in process is.

The bed could be more comfortable.

Property was in good location, staff was friendly and helpful and price was reasonable. Room was clean. The bed could be more comfortable.

It would have been nice to have some sort of storage for clothes. I really like the location which was convenient to restaurants.

The staff was amazing!!! My daughter was in town for a big job interview right out of college, so she was really nervous. Jason helped us with an extended check out to finish getting her ready after a restless night due to nerves. He was so kind and supportive! A lot of unhoused people in the parking lot and we arrived after dark so that made me slightly uneasy.

Breakfast

Very nice clean facility and the staff were warm, friendly. The lobby even had a pool table and lots of sitting area pockets which gives a family room feel. Aesthetics were perfect. Close to highway, food and shopping. My only disappointment is that there is no microwave or coffee pot in the room. They do have a microwave and 24/7 coffee/tea station in the lobby but that's inconvenient when you just want a little snack after you've gotten comfortable. Still i would stay there again because the property is comfortable....even though they don't have a tub for me to soak in.
