Wingate by Wyndham Augusta Washington Road

The location was great. The headboard of the bed was torn and disgusting, as well as in the second room I was sent to. The floor of the shower was old and doing. The entire hotel needs an upgrade.

Staff was extremely helpful

Everything was great from the time we entered until we entered until the time we departed

Mold in the room, was moved, mold in that room as well

I was pleased with the accommodations, service, and appearance. Also, within easy walking distance of a restaurant. The breakfast the hotel provided was reasonable and I have nothing negative to say about my stay or the breakfast.

Room was clean breakfast was great Nothing

Location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Not enough parking.

The location was surrounded by different places to eat and it was close to where I have to go. I ask for a room on the bottom floor because I walk with a cane handcapp room I put in when I made my reservation. Instead I was on the 2nd floor in a regular room that had mold in the shower area and the head board was scratched up and when I asked for an extra pillow the desk clerk acted like he didn't want to get or look for it he was sitting in the lobby on his phone when I asked he gave me the pillow without a pillow case when I ask he said they didn't have any more pillow case. I have stayed here before but this is my first time experiencing this When I asked the clerk when I checked out that morning I asked the clerk about the handicap room he said they just have one on the first floor. I can't believe that. When I showed him the pictures he said they are working on fixing some rooms if so they shouldn't have put them down not put guests in the room

We stayed in the whirlpool suuet. it was nice. quuet. we enjoyed our getaway. it was romantic

The price R9om beds look like Freddy Krueger used its claws on both bed headboards. It was really freaking us out. The frint desk guy foe the morning never tried to assist with locating the luggage roller. Breakfast was not good. But again price was very low so I see wht
