Basic clean room. Nice to have the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Limited breakfast options for Veg/GF folks. Rooms poorly insulated for sound lots loud hallway conversation late at night and nearby room conversations including staff.

Proximity to nearby amenities. There was no issue with noise. The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. I chose this hotel because my children were very excited about using the pool. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool was unavailable during our stay, and no compensation was offered. I hope the hotel will still consider providing some form of compensation for this inconvenience.

TIP: I didn't realize that the decorative longer curtains were not the black out curtains until the second day. They blocked the AC, so the room was too hot my first night. On further inspection, I realized that the shorter black out curtains were behind the sheers. Another tip is that the parking in front becomes quite crowded in the evening, especially with an overabundant amount of underused EV charging stations. I parked in the restaurant's lot next door and that seemed to be fine. Overall, it was a decent stay.

It was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

Our room was next to the breakfast room.

Good enough but the beds and bedding felt like they were made from plastic, not comfortable beds. Breakfast and coffee were not very good either. But it worked for an inexpensive and easily located room. Staff were friendly. It was quiet. Parking was plenty.

The pool was nice. The room was decent enough, just don’t turn the mini fridge cool setting up all the way on you Dr Pepper might explode! Also be careful of unfortunately ghetto acting guests in the hotel I stayed on the second floor and as soon as I go to bring my 10 year old daughter into the room to change for the pool and such a huge loud and belligerent fight and brawl broke out directly outside of our room. The staff was able to de escalate the situation without any need of police which is a shock where I’m from. Outside of that. Maine is a lovely place to come stay on vacation!
