Room was very clean, small bathroom though. And, that's OK!!

The pool and exercise area require significant updates. Very old and worn. Chief complainant about the pool is that it was freezing - too cold to swim in it.

Horrible beds, super old, stained mattresses that are extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were wonderful. The property is great for a basic hotel.

Accommodations very old , but clean .

Les lits étaient défoncés, pas confortable du tout. Odeur dans la chambre. Cet hotel nécessite des rénovations. Toutefois, c'était propre et le petit déjeuner était parfait.

Bonne flexibilité dans l’ouverture du budget plus tôt pour permettre au Iron man 70.3 de manger avant le départ.

This place is very run down for its age. Odd and poorly executed repairs, like a standard hollow core bathroom door from Home Depot, unpainted and a butchered installation where it barely opens and closes. Had to be escourted to the room because “the key machine wasn’t working.” Walked into the room with a deodorizing bomb still on the floor. I should have asked for another room but I arrived at 1:45am and just needed sleep.

No working tv. Rude Staff members!! the bed was not fully made and there were stains on the bed skirt..

The staff here are absolutely amazing and accommodating. The pull out couch in our room was not clean or very safe, there were springs poking out of it so we could not use it.

The breakfast taste horrible and cereal was old and bathroom was too small

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, clean room. Dog friendly which is a bonus for me! I wish they cleaned the outside a bit better. There is a park and ride and there are beer cans and alcohol bottles everywhere. I walked my dog on their big lawn instead and it was fine.

Staff could be more friendly. They were broken tiles in my bathroom on the floor. My door would catch on the floor every time I tried to open it or close it in the bathroom. My original room wasn’t ready when I got there so they had to move me to a different room and now I would say that I probably won’t stay there again.

I love staying here it’s our go to place to stay for a night away. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Jessica at the front desk was very nice. Only one ice machine. Nice clean ro0m with excellent TV. Lots of towels. Decent breakfast.

Basic clean room. Nice to have the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Limited breakfast options for Veg/GF folks. Rooms poorly insulated for sound lots loud hallway conversation late at night and nearby room conversations including staff.

Proximity to nearby amenities. There was no issue with noise. The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. I chose this hotel because my children were very excited about using the pool. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool was unavailable during our stay, and no compensation was offered. I hope the hotel will still consider providing some form of compensation for this inconvenience.
