I question the cleanliness of the room. The room was extremely small had to shimmy past the ac and bed sideways to get in the bed. They only one person on duty 3:30. They did not have the roll away bed for our party. There was food left in the fride from previous person. The tub is very high tripped getting in and out of the shower. The shower water was hooked up backwards the labeled cold water was actually scalding hot. Told the manager about issues they they said there was nothing they could do for me. If I WOULD LIKE THEY WOULD COME CLEAN OUT TYE FRIDGE WHENWVER THEY GOT SOME TIME. Told them about the water being dangerous hooked up wrong the reply was thank you for reminding them the maintaence department just had not gottrn around to fixing that they must have forgotten that room. YES THIS IS A MARRIOT PROPERRY. Sounds more like a motel 6 oh wait there was not a liight on for me in the the bathroom as in most hotels. Stay at your.own risk you have been warned.

What ever they used to clean with smells awful. The building inside & out needs maintenance. They had the pool closed & that was a big part of the reason to stay there. They didn’t know how long the pool would be closed & never offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Very clean, neat and organized! Breakfast could have been healthier
-
room clean, bathtub is 1 inch higher than the floor, be careful when stepping out. Plumbing needs improvement.

I dealt with Lucy and Eric in the evening, both were excellent.

The first room they offered us was a handicap room on the first floor next the banquet hall entrance which was being used. Crowed full of people when I was trying to enter the room. Terrible set up for our needs. I requested a regular room. They gave us a regular room on the 3rd floor (top floor). BUT the water never got hot, lukewarm at best! And at night turns out there was no heavy curtain. Just a light sheer curtain! The light from the hotel sign shown directly into our room all night!! It was beyond terrible. I woke up every few hours thinking it was morning, when it wasn’t. So much for a restful night sleep. Hands down the worst experience in a Marriott hotel. I will never never return to that hotel. The only good thing is the room and the hotel was clean and safe, and breakfast was nice. So disappointed.
