also, alarm went off without me setting it. I always use my IPHONE to wake up to.

What ever they used to clean with smells awful. The building inside & out needs maintenance. They had the pool closed & that was a big part of the reason to stay there. They didn’t know how long the pool would be closed & never offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Very clean, neat and organized! Breakfast could have been healthier
-
room clean, bathtub is 1 inch higher than the floor, be careful when stepping out. Plumbing needs improvement.

I dealt with Lucy and Eric in the evening, both were excellent.

The first room they offered us was a handicap room on the first floor next the banquet hall entrance which was being used. Crowed full of people when I was trying to enter the room. Terrible set up for our needs. I requested a regular room. They gave us a regular room on the 3rd floor (top floor). BUT the water never got hot, lukewarm at best! And at night turns out there was no heavy curtain. Just a light sheer curtain! The light from the hotel sign shown directly into our room all night!! It was beyond terrible. I woke up every few hours thinking it was morning, when it wasn’t. So much for a restful night sleep. Hands down the worst experience in a Marriott hotel. I will never never return to that hotel. The only good thing is the room and the hotel was clean and safe, and breakfast was nice. So disappointed.
