Quality Inn & Suites Denver Airport - Gateway Park

Like this hotel is working hard to counteract some pretty rough reviews. Our room was immaculate and spacious. It’s budget hotel, but the breakfast buffet was equal to a hotel 3x the cost. The front desk manager when we arrived was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool is under reconstruction. We had a nice stay and we were happy to find a hotel that was half the cost of the others on July 4! Don’t be scared by the reviews, give it a try.

The pool and hot tub are not set up yet. The breakfast was great. Parking super easy. Quiet. The ceilings on the fourth floor were leaking with buckets under them in areas in the hallway. One elevator was out of service. They let us use another hotel pool and hot tub since theirs is under construction.

Comforters had stains, second elevator was broken, gym and pool had a hazard inspection notice. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

It is a very old building, but the staff is maintaining it as best as they can. It’s most likely corporate who doesn’t want to pay for the actual necessary repairs. The pool is being renovated right now so don’t go for the pool/hot tub. Other than that, it was a good stay. The customer service is fantastic!

Horrible no ac and customer service was terrible

The door to the pool looked like it was breached by the swat team as well. None of this was identified to us before we had already paid/finalized our stay with the front desk.. only because I asked about use of the pool. The first room we were issued was dirty. The beds had deep stains and long hairs on the linens.. our second room had issues with smoke detectors, but we stayed in it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families..

The hotel is old and paint and paper is peeling off the wall. The tv didn’t work or the ac. Had to be moved twice. Not good.

Booked online , needed sleep and someone knocked on my door and woke me up saying i was a homeless staying there

The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time.

This was one of the trashiest and dirtiest hotels ive ever stayed in. The tub didn't drain properly, the toilet flush handle wasnt installed correctly and would rotate 360 degrees. The wall paper had patches that were stapled on. Stains all over the carpet in the room and the couch. Grime caked every surface of the walls in the hall. Half of the rooms had been kicked in or damaged in some way ok my floor. It was disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't stay there again if I was paid to do so.

Bed was comfortable

Not much at all. There was a funky smell and the air conditioner took forever to cool the room.

Insect bites on the bed. Poor receptionists. Breakfast useless.
