Quality Inn & Suites Denver Airport - Gateway Park

Hotel is clean, good breakfast, airport shuttle, room is big and price was good.

TVs didn't work, phone didn't work, hole in the bedroom ceiling where I guess the smoke detector should have been. The next morning I asked for a discount but because I had already stayed, I was told no.

Clean room

The evening staff was friendly Everything else was not maintained. Met the bare minimum for "clean" the key scanners on the door were not safe, easily breakable. Clock, not even plugged in. Split unit completely off. The TV had nothing. Not even a couple of loval channels. Elevator is barely functioning. Second elevator foesnt even turn on. Breakfast was minimal. Morning shuttle was late by 25 minutes. A make or break if you're catching a flight. Morning front desk was angry they were there. Breakfast staff seemed to want to argue with people about little things. Hated every second of it, except evening staff.

My main complaint would be there shuttle service. When I arrived at the airport, I needed to call them five times before someone answered. And then they said oh we are on our way. They did not give any timeframe in 45 minutes later they did arrive so, needless to say I’m not very impressed with their shuttle system. I will give them credit then in the morning I had scheduled a 930 shuttle and they took me directly to the airport, but I am not impressed by their pick up shuttle service.

We were there for three days and had a very nice stay. Each of our requests was quickly taken care of by the attentive staff.

The key door lock remained opened

The bed was clean. However the carpet could have been cleaner. The bathroom door was hard to open/close do to how it fit in the frame.

Focus on being on time.

This hotel is mainly for when you miss a flight or it was canceled. I have to say for the price and quality of bed, IT WAS GREAT.

Good, clean spot for Denver airport. We did not use shuttle as we had a rental car but it is available and is good information for future trips.

We also learned, too late, that maid service must be requested daily. This policy isn't posted anywhere, so we ended up cleaning our own room. Breakfast was bare minimum, and the coffee was terrible. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and our Samsung Galaxy S23 phones couldn't connect at all. The only thing missing from the sign out front was a definition of the "quality" guests should expect. In our experience, it was poor.

Clean room , comfortable beds. It was a pleasure staying.

Lot of smell coming from the room . Key card was not working multiple times . Shampoo , conditioner bottles were not filled properly . AC was very low with max power .

Also, I reserved this particular hotel for the free shuttle to and from the airport, but the shuttle did not run from the hotel to the airport on my timeslot needed. So I had to pay for an Uber.

The room was clean but I got stuck in the bathroom. The door would stick up top making it hard to open the door. On my first night the elevator broke down and I was on the 3rd floor. It was fixed by the morning. Everytime I left my room for an extended time my door card would have to be reset (I kept it away from my phone and I there metals/magnetic items). Both side doors to the building did not work and I had to ask for housekeeping or they did not come by. The breakfast was what I expected, good enough. I would only book there again if I absolutely had to.

The room was clean and the staff and breakfast were pleasant. The light switch at the entrance to my room didn't work and it was nighttime when I arrive, so I had to get a staff member to come and help me find working lights in the room.

It took 3 tried to get a room where the key card worked. We were told they were having issues with some of the doors. Both elevators were out of service by the evening. I was hoping to do a load of laundry but the guest laundry-mat was out of service. The following morning the plastic handle arm broke in the toilet tank so we had to remove the lid and manually flush the toilet. I've stayed in a lot of hotel and motels, but this was by far the most poorly maintained one I've ever stayed at.

Almost 5stars everything until I got ready for a much needed hot shower!
