The stay overall was okay. Some problems getting in -- it's unclear from the hotel description where the bus pickup is at Denver Int'l Airport (I now know it was in Departures, somewhere around Door 603 (as of 8/2026)). I tried calling the hotel repeatedly, but nobody picked up, so I ended up finding my own way there. Once I was there, the staff was pretty nice and the rooms were well worn, but clean enough. Some of the rooms do face the freeway, which is pretty loud at night. But I'm a pretty sound sleeper, so it wasn't too much of an issue for me. The breakfast in the morning was great, since I do like waffles, and the trip back to the airport was uneventful.

The overall hotel was good. The front desk staff are disconnected. The 24 hour shuttle was inaccessible. Was told to call but no one would answer the phone and never saw the shuttle on Island 3 like it was stated in the automated message. Front desk told customers the next morning that the driver was working but they never saw the bus either. Sign on the front desk makes it seem as if they only run from 3am-11am. Hilton driver was amazing and went out of his way to give me a ride to the Quality.

Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived so had to take the stairs. It may have been waiting on maintenance

The elevator seemed a little sketchy taking it up to the third floor when I arrived. Early next morning (4:30am) the elevator was stalled with some one in it. Glad it wasn't me. Not good if you get up that early to get an early start and end up trapped in a stuck elevator.

First room was ok however the jetted tub was dirty. Both tvs did not have connection to the direct tv and the response was that the maintenance guy was off duty so we switched rooms. That room had a cleaner tub however the air conditioner was not working properly. The furniture was extremely stained. Definitely would NOT recommend

The airport shuttle was the reason we booked this hotel. There is no number to call for the shuttle even though the email says so. Nobody answers the phone for the front desk. The shuttle took 30-45 mins to show up. The time in the morning that we needed was already full. The staff was amazing considering there was a lot of us arriving at 11pm. The first room we were given was under repairs so we had to get a second room. That room the door lock didnt work so we got a third room. The highway noise is noticeable. The hotel is just old and well used. It was functional for 5 hours of sleep.

The little candy store had great selection.

Room was poorly remodeled. Vents were falling off AC and Bathroom. Not power outlets. Lights unplugged. Sheets dirty. No necessities for sale near airport when ap canceled people need to buy a toothbrush, etc.... coffee maker broken and left firty. Halls and elevators smelled and aged and hot. At least they had scrambled eggs. Not potato s or bacon tho.
-
The door to the room was broken, the tv didn’t work, the pool and gym were closed and the floors need cleaning.

Was not happy that the manager banged on my dr at 2pm demanding that I leave, I had paid for an extra night that morning and manager was there when I changed the booking. I was working nightshift and this was very disruptive to my sleep schedule. Disappointed that the manager did not remember, needs to do better!!!!

They allowed early check-in at no additional charge which I was so grateful for after traveling all night long and needing to sleep.

Firstly, the shuttle does not just show up every 15 mins like the other hotels instead you have you have to call, which we found out by asking the other Quaulty inn shuttles that went by consistently to other location, informed us we needed to call. The shuttle arrives 1hr after we called 3 times because the location was 25 mins from the airport so we were all concerned as to why the very long wait. The shuttle was very damaged super big crack windshield, seats falling apart and the driver door was rattling badly. When we got there early check in cost us 40 and when we enter the room everything in the room was very unsanitary, unhealthy and unacceptable. The receptionist had called the cleaning crew and they said yes the room was clean and ready. So we headed up to our room, eager to unwind. To our surprise it looked like no one cleaned it for years. Chairs were filthy to the point where it would just need a full replacement not a cleaning, the lamp was dirty and tattered, a hair strand and dirt in the drawers, bed was stained with what maybe feces or urine, the more we scanned the room we realized lack of care this hotel had for the safety and health of their guests. It took us nearly 1 hour try and get help in resolving our unexpected issue. We finely decided to find other accommodations else where and check out of the Quailty inn and suites due to unsatisfactory customer service and unsanitary conditions. PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS AND DONT STAY HERE!!!

Tess & staff were amazing! Breakfast was great! Clean, very comfortable, worth it for the price, actually the only decent priced hotel around, great snacks for sale. Shuttle to & from airport, so we didn’t have to pay for lifts, Uber, etc!! Great stay. Sweet people. SAFE!

This is an older hotel that presents well outside but the rooms are not pleasant and don’t assure cleanliness. There was no trash receptacle in the room so I used the laundry bag. The surfaces throughout the room did not appear to have been cleaned and the overall room had not been updated for some time. The door leading to the elevator was propped open with a hand towel it was the first indication of what to expect of your room. The staff was friendly and patient.

The pool and exercise area are locked off by the fire department due to a fire. Another room on the ground floor had a window broken in that the staff were unaware of. There were crumbs and remnants of food on the carpet in the hallways. There were visible signs of water damage all over the property. Ceiling panels askew. Furniture in both of the rooms that we were given were broken or missing parts or seem to be barely holding together. Only one of the two sinks in our bathroom were usable because one was clogged and gave off a very foul odor. Another hotel guest was being moved because their AC unit was not working properly. Thankfully, the units in both of our rooms were working fine. Overall, the property was not well kept, janky, and a little creepy.
