SYLO Hotel Denver Airport, a Ramada by Wyndham

Smelled like smoke. Holes in walls.

Parking was tight. The fact that spaces were blocked off due to construction compounded the issue. I would suggest completing work like this outside the holiday rush to improve the customer experience.

There is not enough parking for this hotel. It is advertised as a Non-Smoking facility but my room smelled like smoke.

The lady at the desk in the morning was super helpful. Check-out is 11 but our flight wasn't going to leave until 5:55p. I asked her about he shuttle and where it would bring us, besides the airport. She gave us suggestions that saved a bunch of money. She even gave us the bathroom codes so that we use them while we waited. I do wish that a late check-out wouldn't have cost $, but I guess I understand why. We didn't get there until late that night and had no chance to use the amenities :(

Nice clean rooms, supplied with towns and bar soaps, had an iron and iron board. Very nice breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage and potatoes along with breads and coffees. had an ice machine and vending machines if needed. also washer and dryers were available. pool and hot tub available as well as a gym. Very nice property for the price.

The shuttle drivers Edward L. & Sammy are excellent representatives of your company. The front desk was helpful and kind. I would stay here again.

I would say that this place pictures better than it was in person. The room was kind of dark and there was a definite smell. My husband thought that it was a cigarette smoke, but I’m not entirely sure. However, all of the rooms have non-smoking signs on them. The mattress was actually really comfortable, but it could use a better protector on it. Breakfast was fine. We didn’t have to use the shuttle. The staff was friendly.

This is a comfortable clean hotel. My brother lives nearby so we’ve stayed here a few times and we definitely would stay here again.

Overall great stay, the parking though could be better, limited space.

The room and property were well maintained. The room was comfortable. The property appeared to be busy, since it is close to the airport, making parking a little tight.

Beds were comfy, it was clean, good location, breakfast was ok. Bathroom small, needs another sitting area besides the desk, it was a big empty space no seating had to sit on the bed to eat.

Clean, excellent customer service. Not so much that I didnt like the breakfast, it was just okay. Otherwise, I love the room with 3 queen beds.

Room was clean. On the first floor it was noisy. The breakfast was ok. It is definitely far from the city. Good for business traveller's not for vacations to Denver

The service was outstanding, shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The room and halls were a little dated
