Perfect stay, helpful and friendly staff. Amenities as expected and satisfied the family. Really comfortable beds, quiet rooms.

Definitely not worth the $430+ I spent for 3 rooms. It's the same quality as the cheaper airport hotels-- do not be fooled by the photos.

Flight delayed and then cancelled. The misery was allayed by being able to stay at this wonderful hotel. Yes, a refuge to recover from "the luxury of air travel."

This was a great place to stay. Easily accessible from I70. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and my kiddos enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was not friendly, asked a staff member by the laundry room for a towel and I got the nastiest look like she didn’t want to help me, and had to wait 15-20 minutes to check out. Very nice hotel just need hospitality training for staff

I appreciate when hotels offer breakfast with hot items. It makes it a lot easier to get started in the morning.

Not enough parking, my son is handicap and we had to walk a long distance as we had nowhere to park.

The shuttle is free and that is an amazing perk of this hotel. Staff is helpful, I have no complaints about this stay.

There is no good phone signal, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work; it redirects you to the establishment's registration page, but the link they send returns an error. It’s terrible; I don’t recommend it.

Clean, spacious room

the only thing was the amount of moisture in the hallways , seems were missing A/C . There was lot of condensation right at the room door . All other things were good.

It really was a great experience but at the very end, right after checking out, while we were waiting inside the shuttle to bring us back to the airport, there was what I assume was a homeless/drug/alcohol guy shouting obscenities at us while he was sitting right outside the front door (I actually thought he might have been a guest at first). They should know about these things and take action about them hanging around. Never felt unsecure there even though. Lousy way to end a great stay.
