Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

They gave me a hassle about early check in after I was told it wasn't a problem. Once in a room my wife discovered roaches in the room . I requested a refund. The roaches

Staff were really attentive and helpful. The place was clean, easy parking and easy access from the highway. Close to Aurora. The room we were initially in had some issues with plumbing and damp, however, the staff were very accomodating in helping us into a different room for a better experience.

They need a better handyman. Caulk around the base of the tub looked terrible. It was very hard to close my door to get it to stick & lock. It needs adjusting. It shouldn’t take me 5 tries of slamming the door to get it to catch. My shower curtain needs replacing. Refrigerator motor noisey Staff was nice. They’re trying hard to make things better. I give them a B+.

Just an overall disappointment. Will never use or recommend

I didn't care for the room, the furniture and rug was very dirty looking I didn't even want to sit on any of the chairs and the fixtures, sink, toliet and tub was very old. The whole room looked very old and furniture looked old and dirty. I slept on a towel laid on top of the bedding, didn't trust sleeping on sheets. Also I was on the 1st floor and it was banging, stomping just alot if noise for my 2 day stay. I complained to front desk twice, no fix. I wouldn't stay there again!

management accommodated but was next day and staff cleaned other rooms but seen ants and bugs omg i called sown for bug spray they brung up but was still coming up we was 11 hrs away from home every thing in area was booked and also i had 2 rooms and paid $810 that couldn't get right back i would have to wait 2 3 days for refund my very important trip turned out sad?

Very helpful and enjoyed my stay. Would stay again.

Friendly, clean, and very comfortable beds

Location Room was tiny, 1 queen bed, 1 kitchen chair, 1 office chair. No chair or sofa for watching the old 20" TV. Towels old & scratchy. Bed duvet smelled like men's cologne, I dont think it was clean. Bed extreamly soft. We went out for a few hours and returned to find our door ajar. We always push on doors to be sure theyre locked. Management says it looked at videos and didnt see anyone enter. The room door next to us was also ajar. They said they had maintenance in there. There were only 2 paper cups for coffee, none for drinking or brushing teeth. I would not classify this as a suite! We won't ever use this chain of hotels again.

I chose to not stay with an hour of being there. It looked like drug addicted and homeless people were living there. Not clean and it smelled. I found a big under the mattress. When I was leaving a police officer was pulling in. Do not stay here

Location It was all bad. It was super gross. People were loud all night and the perfume covered pee smell was the worst part.

Parking lot has plenty of space. The room was clean, my only complaint was the low water pressure. A few cabinets doors were hanging off and I'm sure previous guest are to blame for that.
