Good location The breakfast service and restocking could improve. For three days stay there were always something missing in the breakfast.

The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays. It’s also worth noting that this location hosts quite a few events, so be prepared for the hotel to feel a bit taken over on occasion. Our main issues were with the room comfort and maintenance. The air conditioner is wired to a motion sensor, meaning the room can get quite warm in the middle of the night when you aren't moving. More concerning, however, was that at 3:00 AM, the AC stopped cooling, began blowing stale air, and started emitting a distinct burning smell. Because we had a very long drive the next day and were placed at the very end of a long hallway (making us wonder if this room is rarely used), we chose to just turn the system off and try to sleep rather than deal with a room change or maintenance person at that hour. We love the team here, but the AC units definitely need a maintenance check.

Breakfast was plentiful , with Good options.

Called 2 hours after checking out of the hotel, and asked a staff member to retrieve my childs retainer they forgot. Front desk would do nothing but "make a note" for housekeeping. It was sitting in a paper bowl right next to the sink, out in the open. Not covered, not hidden, simple task. Housekeeping just threw it away. Now its costing me $500 to replace them. Yes my ADHD child didn't do as they were told, and that falls on us. But the lack of any proper assistance by the staff is unexcusable. Hilton customer service has been a joke.

Friendly staff and decent updated A little style

Everything was great except that the hot top was filthy. Literally black scum floating on top of a foam layer across the water surface. Totally disgusting!
-
Extremely dissatisfied staff can't be bothered to enforce their own policies.

I stay here when I’m in the area. 5years in a row without a single issue. Great restaurants in the area !

The place was clean. No complaints other than wishing hotels would off non dairy milk with their breakfast
