The individual room was really clean and comfortable. The pillows and blanket were great. I had to stay in a room since our power had been out for days. I just wanted a good night sleep without sweating. What I needed I got. I will say however, when you first walk into the front door, there is a musty smell. Maybe all the heat and humidity didn't help, but it was pretty strong. My other issue was the shower. The shower head was awful and the water pressure was very low. The front desk guy was helpful and courteous when I checked in. Overall it was good. Mostly just needs better showers.

Upon under my room Iota said there were severe staining all over the carpeting and I asked the manager to please switch rooms which he did promptly the next room had no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom as well as no alarm clock which I needed to ask for in which the manager again helped very promptly...housekeeping, should be reporting these things as they are found and it shouldn't be up to the gust to tell the staff what they're seeing and what is wrong... especially how disgusting the first carpeting was in room 320

The sheets were thin, the towels scratchy, and the be was hard. It is obvious whoever owns this hasn't spent anything on it in a long time. We will not return.

I paid for a king size bed and after checking in our toilet was broken and had to change to two queens

I showed up and was told they had no rooms available. I had to then get another hotel room and they denied me a refund when they themselves overbooked their own hotel

The carpets were pretty filthy in the hallways. Bathroom in our room was old and stained. Curtains in our room were stained. Not a great visual from the first floor up. I will not book here again
