The TV did not work. I had to request towels and soap from the front desk.

The AC was so loud. Everytime it kicked on, it woke us up. The sheets were so scratchy that I literally had red spots all over when I woke up. Speaking of waking up... housekeeping tried to let themselves in our room at 9am while my teenage daughter was just getting out of the shower. Our checkout wasnt til noon. Had I not been right at the door when it was being opened, my teenage daughter would have been exposed. Staff completely blew me off when I checked out.

Every bed had stained sheets. We could not distinguish whether it was blood or something else. Our towels and washcloths were as dingy as dingy could get. Some with blood stains as well. I had the men photograph in videotape every room. This I paid for. This hotel should be condemned. One of the previous guests had my exact room eight months prior and she put photographs up and eight months later I will put the same photographs up. Because they’ve done nothing to improve the quality of the hotel. This is a group of people that don’t care about their guests. When I returned to my desk, I’m going employ my lawyer to reach out to the Attorney General in the state of Illinois and have him direct the state sanitarian to visit this hotel. It is absolutely deplorable to me that Expedia and others are still promoting this as an option for travelers. They will say whatever it is they need to say to get you out of their face. They promised to reimburse me two of my three day stay. Yet they have not done that. It is now time for these people to learn something the world already knows. United States Marines are your best friends or your worst enemies. CH

The hotel was nice and small. There were in room cosmetics.

Didn't eat the breakfast as hotel seemed dirty Dusty room. Ceiling needed to be fixed better from prior leaks. Strong oder of Indian food at 4:00 am. Very annoying.

You get what you pay for but jeeze, dirty, terrible stale "breakfast", we stayed for 5 nights and the room didn't get cleaned one time, they only changed the trash 3 times. The hallways and common area were in the 80s and the whole place smelled like weed.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had dark stains in the grout of the shower. They had an outside area but there weren’t any chairs, there was garbage in the grass and cigarette butts filled an ashtray. The TV in our room stopped working so Larry helped us out and got us a different TV. He was great.

Stayed on the first floor. Carpet had stains, smelled musty. Bathroom walls had splatter from something on it. Bed was comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything nice and clean. Staff was wonderful!

Would not stay here again

The rooms were moldy and everything smelled like smoke. We would’ve changed hotels, but we’ve been traveling all day and we were so exhausted. When we woke up in the morning, we left right away. We didn’t even want to chance the “breakfast“

There are plenty of reviews that speak to all of these issues. It seems pretty clear that management is counting on enough guests who don’t read reviews.

Blood stains on the carpet, room smelt sour like must and urine, refrigerator was broken and had a bunch of loose water in it. Staff hassled me about checking in even thought the room was fully payed for already.

They knock the door before 11:00 a.m.
